When you download this rom you get an image file, the image file contains photographic visual of said female victim, open that. And the back story behind this is Mario is a deranged serial killer, upon arriving at Donut Plains he is taken to the underworld(Hence the death music upon arrival). The room with the many doors symbolizes that Mario is trapped in this purgatory, his size upon entry is a reflection of his own self image, due to his huge ego he is unable to fit into the doors to escape his own purgatory. the next room over is where he is sent to 'Hell' or eternal void (Hence the opaque black screen). Hope I helped clear it up for you, you seemed to be unsure as you finished so I assumed you didn't catch on to the story.

Victim #1 means its a image. You will find it at notepad and if you open it it has a lots of jumbled letters and numbers but it was a corrupted image witch has No Eyes, Red Skin, Super Scary and maybe thats Victim #1
