Grace, courage, style and sass... oh my! I recently went through a major change at 73, leaving my home of 52 years to move closer to my family. I did it with tears, and chest pains, sleepless nights and fear of the unknown. Never in my life had I had anything hit me so hard, emotionally, mentally and physically. And I had dealt with the cancer death of my mother, my soul mate, a sister dying in a car accident, my little sister dying of congestive heart failure, my son going to war as a Marine for 21 years, with 5 deployments. I sure wish I had seen this 6 weeks ago , when this all began. I am now at the finish line and my last day in my home is in two days. Now I just pray this will be a new lifestyle, location, time with family, a new garden and a world of possibility.

Linda, You’ve hit on the head & knocked it out of the park! I’m nearly 77 and can totally relate to Hannah’s experience when I was a young mother - educated, self-employed, journalist, juggling temporary moves, finding & contributing to community while satisfying the entreprenurial itch & enjoying her children & family life. Kudoos to her husband for standing with her! And, yes, women live many lives and change is a constant. I look forward to the many different lives of women of all ages you’ll be interviewing ahead. Great job, Linda!

Oh Hannah what a treasure you are! What a perfect first interview Linda! I’d love for you to write a book Hannah! May God’s best continue to be with you both!

This was great. Loved the discussion about relevance. I just retired, and prior to leaving my job, I turned my responsibilities for a project over to another member of the team. It was hard to let go of that. I appreciated the point made that we continue to be relevant, but in other ways. Made me realize how exciting our life journey can be at any age.

THIS WAS FANTASTIC! Hannah is delightful, even without the sorority. I love this platform! Way to go, Linda. You know what women need even before they do. Im sure this conversation motivated many.

Equanimity is the aspirational adjective. I lean on the zen story, " is this good or bad, who can say." Helps quell the second guessing and doubt. Love the new show Linda and Stewart/Stuart. Wonderful guest. Thank you.

What a wonderful interview! Hannah is a treasure as a human being…. I can so relate to her although I am older and retired now, I owned a business for 32 years, sold it to a woman in another state and worked then for her 4 years… very hard to do 😉

Love this so much, Linda. An idea for a conversation: how a 55+ year woman makes time for exercise/health when you work full time and have a busy household. I personally struggle with this. I am 59 years old. Work full time. My commute is 50 mins (one way) and our daughter and baby live with my hubs and I. Life is full and wonderful yet I have no time for me! Would love to hear how others do it. Thanks so much! XO

Ah, I have this in common in Hannah, getting my hair done weekly! I started 3 years ago when I had rotator cuff surgery and have gone once a week since then. I love it too, Hannah!

Hannah was so interesting and poised. What I loved the most was Linda’s questions at the end which brought a real down to earth Coffee Conversation. I can so relate to Linda’s curiosity and honesty about indulgences. Dry Bar Blowouts, costs, manicures, etc. Looks like another great topic in the future!!
