1-3 lettuces, washed and dried.

事先调好淀粉水。均匀地淋入，搅拌。
搅拌到粘稠透明
均匀地淋在生菜上。

生菜洗净 凉干水粉
酱汁：蚝油一勺，生抽二勺，料酒一勺，糖一勺，胡椒一勺。（生粉一勺勾芡，水半杯到一杯，搅匀备用。）
水烧开加一勺盐（根据自己口味加多少），一勺食用油，搅匀。放入生菜。大火烫六到七分熟。捞出沥干水分放入盘中备用。
炒锅烧热加油，中小火，加入蒜末，葱末，煸炒香。倒入调好的酱汁，中小火，搅匀直到起小泡。（生粉一勺勾芡，水半杯到一杯。）
均匀浇在生菜上。
