1-3 lettuces, washed and dried.
Add an appropriate amount of water, a spoonful of salt, and cooking oil to a wok.
Bring water to a boil. Add lettuce and boil evenly over high heat for about 10 seconds.
Drain excess water and place it on a plate.
Add the proper amount of cooking oil to the pot.

Saute minced garlic in the wok over medium heat
Turn down the heat to low. Add a tablespoon of oyster sauce.
2 spoons soy sauce
1 tsp pepper
Add some salt and sugar, according to personal preference.

两勺生抽
一勺胡椒粉

中小火煸香
事先调好淀粉水。均匀地淋入,搅拌。
搅拌到粘稠透明
均匀地淋在生菜上。

生菜洗净 凉干水粉
酱汁:蚝油一勺,生抽二勺,料酒一勺,糖一勺,胡椒一勺。(生粉一勺勾芡,水半杯到一杯,搅匀备用。)
水烧开加一勺盐(根据自己口味加多少),一勺食用油,搅匀。放入生菜。大火烫六到七分熟。捞出沥干水分放入盘中备用。
炒锅烧热加油,中小火,加入蒜末,葱末,煸炒香。倒入调好的酱汁,中小火,搅匀直到起小泡。(生粉一勺勾芡,水半杯到一杯。)
均匀浇在生菜上。
