I think it's really telling how effective a comic - and by extension, a human being - Lewis Black is, that he has gained an audience that is willing and wanting to attend an evening of comedy that is not spoken in their native language. They judge his comedy with clarity and intelligence; one can tell this by the variety of timing and response from the audience, rather than conditioned response to base content. The greatest challenge for an entertainer is an unbiased crowd. Much respect.

@user-eh5gj1hx9z6 жыл бұрын
ALL "religion" is started by MAN and this JEW is one of those! Atheism is a RELIGION also. It's a religion because it professes a BELIEF! Even if that 'belief' is that there is not God - that's THEIR BELIEF, THEIR RELIGION - started by MAN! God came to earth as a man to END these RELIGIONS!
@Bronco5415 жыл бұрын
@@user-eh5gj1hx9z correction: atheism, at least the way some define it is the refusal to accept *without doubt* god and other supernatural stuff. Maybe god is real, maybe not. I demand evidence that has yet to be shown. And yet another person using lots of Caps... that's number 5
@charlidog25 жыл бұрын

@StevenBee2 That's the Dutch way. When we find something funny we laugh. if we don't, we don't. Mr. Black knows his audience and our culture, which shows much respect with a little cynical touch (the way Dutch people like it best). I went to see Eddy Izzard a year ago. He didn't know what to do with the audience. Just because people were not howling with laughter doesn't mean they don't like the show. I have great respect for a comic who knows his audience, and none for one who doesn't.

@@peet4921 He's about to get impeached, for pete's sake. What color is the sky in your make believe world? He is literally destroying the country. Not that bull shit theists claim about abortion and gay marriage. Actually destroying it. Allowing corps to poison our environment. Denying global warming, pushing industries that exasperate the problem. He has decimated our agriculture industry. He's normalized the worst behavior. And he's put people in charge who have stated they want to kill the departments they're in charge of. The guy he put in charge of homeland security is in jail because he secretly worked for a foreign power. He has the lexicon of a 7th grader. He embraces our enemies and shuns our allies.
