I've been watching Lewis Black since I was literally 14, and it's only occurring to me now at 31, what a brilliant writer he is. That's why when I just found out he was a playwright, I wasn't all that surprised.

The Worst part is you could BUY, yes BUY Imaginary buildings, Livestock, Decorative features, with your Credit card. About a decade ago when my son was about 8? He asked if he could have $10 blah blah video game blah, credit card ok? I was making dinner, long day, was Not listening and said SURE SWEETHEART! You can spend $20! Later looking at my statement I saw $20 for Farmville … but I was aware the basic game was FREE. I went and had him show me and my mind was blown. He bought an Eiffel Tower and some other stuff, because what Farmer doesn’t like to spruce up the fields, what’s a Farm without features. Now I thought he was going on Amazon to buy like a Nintendo Gameboy Spiderman game that would physically arrive in the mail and keep him occupied in the back seat. Nope, Imaginary stuff for the imaginary farm. Which you could not resell to another little friend when you got tired of the game like a normal video game! I would then tell my Hairdresser who also played this game and ALSO PAID GOOD MONEY FOR IMAGINARY STUFF!!! smh I could not formulate a gracious response, so I stayed quiet while she went on about how fun it was. WT actual F? Sometimes when your loved ones go off the deep end you just have to breathe through it and it too shall pass. Neither has played in years. But might I point out the Imaginary Pokemon that had Grown ups racing around in clumps before lockdown trying to catch rare pokemon when the gps said one was close? Insanity. 😂

A friend pointed out to me why some of the construction and trade work quality in the residential market have been declining or shitty. Previously, smart and capable people but without access to higher eds will go into trades and they do a good job. Now they go into college and work at one of these air-based company. Who will do the construction and trade? Either dimwits or illegals. And the illegals do a better job because they, again, are the smart and capable that don't have access to higher eds.

So, if we have people using their discretionary income, to, fund people to look after their farmville account on facebook. Surely, they will be the first people who will become redundant, when farmville appoints ai farm managers to look after their virtual farm? Im sure meta will make sure that it will be 99c a month for the first 3 months, then a,, $1000 there after. I have an absurdly large garden, and since I live in Canada, I got to grow a bunch of pot! Yields varied, but Gelato has some pretty nutso potential. I have this large garden because I live on a farm, out in the sticks... I still got endless Farmville ads, while I had actual shit that needed to get done, I guess they got the whole 'farming is a huge time sink' aspect, but failed to grasp the whole 'produce usable products for people to consume'. ...And then I get an ad of an AI child voice reading off about what aliens call our planet! Thank goodness for that Gelato, I think I need to bust up a few grams, not as much as I needed when russia shoved it's head up it's ass and invaded Ukraine, but yeah. If you ever played Magic the Gathering, my axe collection is starting to give some serious Uncle Istvan vibes, but my beard is short so nothing to worry about! ...Also I'm a slow runner, so yeah, everyone can get away.
