Here's a few inconvenient facts: 1) The term "mass shooting" includes any shooting with 2 or more victims. So if someone shoots someone else and themself, it's called a mass shooting. This massively and artificially inflates the number. 2) 75 percent of guns deaths are suicides. 3) The cities with the highest gun homicide rates are the ones with strict gun control laws (chicago, detroit, etc.) 4) School shootings are incredibly rare and unlikely. The few examples like sandy hook or parkland are almost a decade apart and happened in different parts of the usa with different people. Love you guys, I am glad you are able to look at these comments and call these people out. There's a ton of LGBTQ+ people who are being treated like this every single day but they might not have the courage or the support system to be able to go throught this and laugh in the face of these bullies. 3:47 I did the math on this once for number of shootings in the US over several years, the number of one's done by trans people and the number by cis people. Took the estimated numbers of cis and trans people in the country and the percentage of each that have been responsible for shootings was similar but leaned to cis people doing more realtive to the number of them to my memory. That also doesn't account for the fact that a lot of trans people aren't out and the number I used for total trans people was probably lower than it is in reality which would further lower the percentage of the total who have been responsible for shootings
