Does anyone actually exercise with Lidia for more than a month? I really enjoy the the exercises but I really want to know what results i can expect for doing her workouts everyday. I have been doing the week challenge and I dont feel stronger. Any motivation guys?

I just have one note that the full body workout don't include everything, you only focus on the lower part more and there is no mix between the upper and lower Like Abs or waist or flat stomach

there is a lot of focus on core and abs throughout these exercises, even exercises which focus mainly on glutes and legs are also working your core as it is constantly engaged!
