Doing this workout for one month (as a physiotherapist patient) 22 December (day 1): ✅ im really sore and i couldn't do most of the movements without taking a break 23 December (day 2): ✅ managed to do the movements without as many breaks as yesterday, making progress! 24 December (day 3): ✅ my arms feel less sore compared to yesterday but i'm really struggling with the knee push up thingy 25 December (day 4): ✅ made the slightest bit of progress on the knee push up thingy, but im still dying in pain (oh and merry christmas to anybody celebrating!!!) 26 December: ❌ (had a really busy schedule) 27 December (day 5): ✅ it was a lot more difficult trying to get through this workout since i didn't do it yesterday (consistently is what matters after all) 28 December (day 6): ✅ im still feeling sore but i feel less of a burn each day that i do this workout, so i guess im making progress? (im still struggling on the knee push up thingy since idk how to do a normal push up 😭 29 December (day 7): ✅ still struggling with the knee push up thingy but i am gonna learn the correct form of a normal push up and maybe it will help 😅 30 December (day 8): ✅ i kinda did the push up thingyyy!!! (i will continue perfecting my form so i dont end up hurting myself) 31 December (day 9): ✅ i almost did it! still gotta work on it but im getting there 1 January (day 10): ✅ OMGGG I DID ITTTT FINALLYYY (happy new year!!!) 2 January (day 11): ✅ i wasnt able to do as many as yesterday but at least i got through the workout 😅 3 January (day 12): ✅ i took more breaks than usual since i feel soo exhausted (at least i got through it?) 4 January (day 13): ✅ feeling pretty sore but got through 5 January (day 14): ✅ im in a lot of pain after the majority of the movements, pretty unusual? (finally 2 weeks in!) 6 January (day 15): ✅ put in more effort today and the burn is real 😢 (i also have school tomorrow 😭) 7 January (day 16): ✅ had a few more breaks than yesterday but got through it! (now i need to get ready for school nooo 😭) 8 January (day 17): ✅ first time doing this workout on the floor (ive been doing the workout on my bed) and it's a lot harder but it allowed me to slightly correct my form) 9 January (day 18): ✅ did the workout on the floor and my knees are dyinggg, especially with the knee push up thingy, im still struggling but im making a bit of progress! 10 January (day 19): ✅ also did it on the floor today but i really struggled on the knee push up thingy, oh wells (it's the finally the weekend!) 11 January (day 20): ✅ took multiple breaks and still feeling a burn but got through it :) 12 January (day 21): ✅ had a long day and somehow managed to get through this workout, with multiple breaks obviously and i have school tomorrow 😭 (three weeks in!) 13 January (day 22): ✅ managed to do three proper knee push up thingys!!! 14 January (day 23): ✅ feeling so tired and the burn 😭 omggg 15 January: ❌ 16 January: ❌ 17 January (day 24): ✅ my arms are burning sooo muchh 🥲

Yesterday i did this 5min workout with the 15min full body workout and today my arms are dead and sore as hell. That's why i love your workouts, even if it's a 5min workout like this, it burns so good❤

Voy a estar haciendo esto por dos semanas y aquí les voy contando como me va: Dia 1: Como llevaba varios días sin entrenar me costo un poco pero realmente me gustaron los ejercicios, se siente de una vez como quema, en el ejercicio de las flexiones con rodillas me costo un poco pero es por que tengo una lesión en la rodilla pero de resto todo lo sentí perfecto 💯 Día 2: Amanecí con un poco de dolor pero chévere, después de hacer la rutina se siente la diferencia ❤ Día 3: Ya no tengo dolor pero aún así se siente como el ejercicio quema, siento mis brazos más firmes y más fuertes de nuevo 🫂 Día 4: Hoy pude hacer los ejercicios sin bajar los brazos en ningún momento, pude bajar más en las flexiones de pecho y también noto cambios físicos en mis brazos

Low key this was kinda easy with a good burn 🔥 added light weights for that extra push I’ve been working out for more than a month now and it is WORTH IT I used to not be able to do a knee pushups now they’re kinda ez and I can almost do a normal one (properly cuz when you do it improperly you carry all the weight to ur torso and there’s no point u have to only touch ur chest and use ur arms to push )

starting on this workout for results cause i am a dama for a quince and want my arms a bit slim for the dress day1 monday sept 16- started off very easy and calm got kinda hard in the push up knees but great and relaxing day2- not compleated i went through smth day3 wednesdat sept 18- kinda hurt but was great day 4 thursday sept 19- it was great still hard in push ups
