Whenever i do any workouts, my back KILLS me, and its really annoying bc i have to keep stopping to let it rest in the middle of a workout. I dont know what to doooo 😭

You could have tight hip flexors. Try stretching out your core and quads

Pls lidia, mix up your workouts with wonyong's pilates movements coz wongyongs pilates makes waist better
