AH is making a mockery of every one of us victims. She's so phoney. So inauthentic. I have been watching this all go on for years and I knew from the first recording I listened to who the aggressor was. It's so heartbreaking what Johnny has been through, but I'm so thankful and grateful that he's finally getting to tell his story and people who have not experienced narc abuse are starting to see what it's like. Having been in Johnnys shoes (the recordings were especially spot on as to the verbal cruelty you are bombarded with constantly), i can say that the belief that love can overcome all is a fairytale that is hard to let go of, even when everyone is telling you and you, yourself, know better. The need for a man to provide for and protect is very instinctual and it often overcomes better judgment when the abuser shows fear, kindness, humility, repentance, and meekness (among others). That these things are being faked to manipulate is hard to come to terms with because its not so simple to shut out our own propensity to be kind, generous and forgiving. Intuitively, I felt it to be her doing rather than Depp. The humiliated look on his face on that PSA that he (what a dutiful supportive partner would do) back her up. However, the wrath of the media's hold, it did read like he had a part in it. By the time they announced their divorce, it seemed like the next natural step after that chaos. Unfortunately, this story has played out like one nutty soapdrama or something close. Although, this is somebody's life (not some spectator sport, I admit I'm guilty like many for consuming). But from the get-go, some things just never sat right with me about that nutbag. Back then seeing it unravel throughout the years (reading on independent forums or those who closely monitored) til now, it's not a laughing matter about this woman's mental state. I just don't have it in me to be pitchfork mob mentality this point in life with other strife around. But she really needs and exorcism or some kind of serious help. As an Australian we do take our biosecurity seriously because the introduction of disease can become a non-reversible disaster. As an Australian I can tell you that what Amber did with smuggling these dogs into our country is a VERY big deal and not something our government takes lightly. To give you an idea about how strict our laws are, when we had the Sydney Olympics in 2000, competing equestrians had to ship their horses over to Australia SIX MONTHS before the games even started so they could remain in quarantine for the appropriate amount of time. Amber should be very worried about this.

And additionally… they might actually fully expect peace every now and then… but it is always at a cost to you. If peace takes a toll on you… then they will demand it. Make it your number one goal. And don’t feel like you can’t do it. You can. They just make you feel like you can’t because they are terrified of losing their punching bag. If you can still even hold a part time job… you can do it. If you can dial a phone number you can do it. It might be uncomfortable and foreign for a moment… but you have to or they will bury you.

Lived there as a child, wonderful country, wonderful people and wonderfully weird and amazing wildlife. I remember a lovely man who lived across the road in Kew, Melbourne who had a sulphur crested cockatoo called 'Bubba Keys' He rescued him and as child I spent so much time with 'Bubba' and Mr Keys. He had a lemon tree in his garden. When we returned to the UK, I cried for days as I missed them so much. Have such wonderful memories and absolutely agree with the laws. I worked for the Australian Quarantine Inspection Service for sometime. I now live in Nth America. This is the passage of charges that could of should have been imposed. Failing to declare, Making a false and misleading declaration, Attempting to pervert the course of Justice, Perverting the course of Justice, Contempt of court and attempting to pervert with threatening behavior whilst in a position of authority. 2 of these charges do not have limitations due to their indictable nature, 2 have a 7 year limitation period. 2 are ticket able offences. If I had of been engaged in this file, both dogs would have been seized and immediately euthanized under bio security procedure's. Mr Joyce did them a huge huge favor in allowing them to be removed without consequence. In fact its unheard off!

As an Aussie I can tell you we do take our bio security very seriously. We are one of the few countries in the world that doesn't have rabies, as well as other diseases that her dogs could have brought in. It was a big thing here at the time, because of who they were. If it wasn't for their high profile she would have been heavenly fined. I doubt that the dogs would have ever have been put down, but they would have been in placed quarantine until they left. At the time she was looking at being given an infringement notice specifying a penalty amount of up to A$2,664 Subject to civil penalty proceedings, and/or prosecuted for a criminal offence. If convicted, she could have faced a maximum penalty of A$1.1 million and/or be imprisoned for up to 10 years. Her visa would have been cancelled and been barred from entering Australia for up to 5 years. With this new information about false statements to Border Security, I hope they they do pursue it.
