I’ve lived all over-Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Connecticut, Maryland, South America, Germany, and Arizona-and the place I can’t wait to move back to is Tucson. It’s where my heart is. God willing, I’ll get back sooner rather than later. Hope you guys like it there. Thanks for sharing your move with us, felt like I was going with you! You are right, for people who like to be outdoors year round, the Tucson area is the place to be. Would trade frigid snowy Midwest/East Coast winters for a hot Tucson summer any day!

Honestly, we love it!! It's adults only in our section, we're backed by mountain views and foothills, in a gated community, it's so beautiful, quite and peaceful! The neighborhood we lived in in CO was sooo loud with children and barking dogs...to close for comfort and not peaceful 😅 Seriously, we couldn't be happier, we are totally loving apartment living, we don't have to worry about a thing...it's been great!

Everyone I know from Tuscon is moving to Colorado and Utah....Getting sketchy in Tuscon with 1000s entering from the southern Border daily. Good luck in your new state! Good move keeping your pad in CO.

It’s not getting sketchy in Tucson, it is. I’ve been living here five years and it’s so much crime and homelessness. Not only that, the heat is absolutely brutal and unforgiving.

I'm watching these out of order, but I'm curious, why did you two move out of Colorado - just for a change of scenery - to experience the desert? I lived in Tucson for 5 years during college. It took me an entire year to get used to it but I did enjoy it for the time I was there but I knew it wouldn't be our forever home. It was WAY too hot during the Summers. We were young and couldn't afford a second home somewhere that was cooler to go to for 4-5 months out of the year like the snowbirds. Now 20 years later, we have a teenage son there attending the U of Arizona. Let's just he loves coming home to San Diego during the Summers. :)

We had no interest in Phoenix! We love the desert landscape, mountains, character, and vibe if Tucson! From our very first visit here in 2020, we fell in love. We knew we would live here one day!
