I love curry esp with d veg or fruit. In Malaysia, we have this dish called masak lemak, yellow creamy curry, very simple dish. We have all sorts of masak lemak, chicken, beef, seafood, smoked beef or fish, duck eggs, tofu n my fav is d masak lemak with veg or fruit ie young banana or jackfruit, pineapple, taro stem, pumpkin, mix veg n d list goes on n on n on ... Hehehe. D yellow creamy curry is an easy recipe, coconut milk cooked with ground onion, garlic, ginger, lemon grass, tumeric, add turmeric powder, sour slices n turmeric leaf, that's it, then simmer n add d other ingredients n also add bird chillies if u like it hot. Simple but very delicious. I think I've mentioned to u guys about d Malaysian masak lemak dishes. 🙂

Just watched your vlog and it's amazing. One suggestion, just try to mix rice and curry with your hand, that will make it better. Because it’s the only way to blend flavors together. You can’t get the same taste and texture using a spoon or a fork. Love from SL
