Of all your videos, this is the best. You definitely look like you feel better. I like that you’ve made your new journey a family affair. Your daughter is very sweet and clearly supports you. I do like watching the workouts and would like to see weekly updates vs daily updates or a weekly video that covers the daily routine. I remember my mom saying the most important things are your feet and your teeth. We always had shoes that fit correctly and the dentist was like a second home.
