Fufu , processing to smell is the fermentation process which is very healthy for the gut.

But your process of making fufu is long ooo In Ghana here we peel the casava and remove the cod inside, boil with plantain then we pound and serve it doesn't smell

Usually a soup or stew, peices of the fufu would be torn off and rolled between the hands into a ball and dipped into the soup.
