day 1: i can feel my muscle burning. and it was tiring but i have to achieve my goal so for that ill stick to this workout plan. let’s goooo. day 2: i started feeling the more pain today but i completed it. day 3: it was easier today as i did little bit of running before working out.

I really like your exercises; I'm on day 25 of the 30-day challenge. My constructive feedback for this one is that it's really hard to follow because you don't indicate the next workout either verbally or by timers. It's challenging to look at the screen; if you do, you can easily hurt your neck. Thanks so much for all your workouts.

10??!! Please dont do workouts at your age. It will stunt your growth. And you definitely do not need abs as a 10yo

this is meant for adults, your body is still growing! Nothing wrong with exercising, but maybe try dancing to your favorite music or something that isn’t so targeted for adults! You are wonderful as you are and if you just wanna exercise for fun, dancing around to music is a super fun way to do it!
