Love that you keep including these awesome videos in addition to the great workouts on the app! For anyone considering this, I’ve been doing these workouts every single day since March of 2023. Haven’t missed a day! Down 20 pounds and 3 pants sizes, but more importantly I feel stronger, healthier and happier for my family. Lilly is the real deal and she knows how to make the workouts effective as she’s an expert in this field. Don’t hesitate to follow her workouts here and on the app! Consistency is key! Day1✅ Day2✅ I act love the workout as its not the hardest but still feels effective and so short Day3✅ I enjoy doing this workout it feels good not seeing much results yet but my abs feel harder and tighter Day4✅ I kinda see a little results my abs are finally tighter omggg thank you Lily for this workout this is ur sign to start doing it rn Day5✅ I did this at 1am tbh but its fine i dont see that much like results but my abs feel harder Day6✅ I see results around my belly button like it looks better and like slimmer if yk what I mean and my waist is a lil more defined Day7✅ Im gonna keep doing this cuz its a short but effective workout my stomach is a lot tighter compared to day 1 Day8✅ Day9✅This workout is kinda also helpful for my flared ribs I used to hold my breath during workouts when I was younger and I ended up with flared ribs and this workout with the whole breating thing is really helpful so this is ur sign to focus on breathing Day10✅ Day11✅ Day12✅ Its becoming a lot easier 13✅ Im gonna stop on day 14 cuz Im goint to a festival I might come back later but I might try another challange Day14✅ I love the results my stomach is a lot tighter and my abs are harder my waist is a little skinnier and my flared ribs look better

I've always had a high metabolism and always struggled to put on weight but due to depression and gorging myself with food I have become skinny fat and am looking to improve my health and reduce belly fat. I want to combine this with walking eventually so here we go. Day 1. ✅ (very shaky after 2 5min videos)

day one:✅ day two:✅ definitely a little harder than first day. day three:✅ way easier than second and first day. day four:✅ i haven’t noticed any change yet, i felt more comfortable than the first day

I'm also biking for 30 min everyday, drinking at least half a gallon of water, and on a calorie deficit) Info: 5'3 150 lb female Note: doing these with a waist trainer No need to remind me because I will remember but if I do forget please remind me Start: 7/1 Day 1:✅It was hard Day 2: ✅ Day 3:❌ felt sick today Day 4:✅ Doing much better from day 1 Day 5:❌ I was out all day Day 6:✅ Day 7:❌ sunday is my rest day Current weight:145 Day 8:✅ Day 9:❌ Day 10:❌ im slowly losing motivation as you can see but my determination is coming back and im being serious tmr Day 11:✅ Day 12:✅ sore because I haven’t been consistent Day 13:❌ had to braid my hair Day 14: ✅ current weight: 141 I will stop here, thank you for coming with me on this journey and try to be more consistent then me lol

Буду делать 7дней И описывать ощущения 1день: ✅️(мне было легко, но все же эта тренировка немного расшевелила и заставила почувствовать мышцы, вернусь завтра♡ Вес 55.9) День:2✅(на самом деле было намного сложнее, я чувствую как пресс напрягаться больше чем вчера, меня это радует. Вес 55.7) День:3✅️ (не совсем считаю что выполнила т.к в силу занятости смогла сделать только пару упражнений, вес утром был 54.5 ) День:4 День:5 День:6 День:7

Always love these short but killer workouts! Did get a tailbone injury recently and it's kinda hard to lower that part on the ground. Would really appreciate it if you could make a core workout that doesn't involve laying down...just a maybe? Would really appreciate it!! 😅

Day 1: ✅ hurts so much still but u can feel it working. - Will keep updating you guys. Also u can measure your body to know the improvement 😊 Day 2: ✅ you feel the burn more and more. There's no really results. But its very effective. ☺️ Day 3: ✅ u feel the burn so much. But it becomes easier day by day. And you also feel more confident. I can already feel my abs burning and my waist burning too just on day 3!!

I just subscribed to LEAN. I find the lean app very slow and cannot do 2 guides at the same time, for example I want to do the shred guide with hourglass guide combine, 2 guides are open but not.

No, not at all. What matters more is consistency, not intensity. Think about it, if a person does half a mile of walking everyday, and another person who does 182.5 miles in one day and then doesn't do it anymore, who will get more benefits? The first person. They burnt the calories everyday and MAINTAINED it, resulting in slow, but healthy weight loss. The second person, loses a lot of weight in one day, but since they aren't maintaining it AND they aren't doing anything else, they're going to gain all of that weight back. So, to answer your question, it would make more since to just do it for 7 days!!! And no, you don't sound dumb, js confused!!

I will try my best to do it for 14 days or maybe more: 1 day: ✅️ I feel the abs burning 2 day: ✅️ it is burning 3 day: ✅️ it wasn't burning that much 4 day: ✅️ it was burning in some exercise 5 day: ✅️ it was burning at the end alot 6 day:❌️ i was in the car all day for the trip 7 day: ❌️ i was in the trip 8 day: ❌️ uhm still the trip 9 day:❌️ still trip 10 day: ❌️ uh you already know the reason

Idk but why its so hard to engage core when doing the workout 💀 i am so focused just to make sure i am engaging core
