I lost my ex husband (who was my best friend) and my partner of 8 years on the same day, about a month ago. I've been in a state of profound loss and inconsolable grief. Tonight, there was no distraction strong enough for me and I felt hysterical with grief. I took a chance on your video and went from feeling almost suicidal to feeling like I had taken a sedative and was calm. The sadness is still here... but I will listen again before bed, and again tomorrow, and the day after that. I want to tell you, you have so many orbs of light flying around your room while filming. And your voice, gaze, and hypnotic delivery is truly a skill and a gift. Thank you. You are a light worker.

Dear Ms Hall: I just want to tell you how deeply and profoundly this meditation affected me. After my mother passed in November I have been on a roller coaster ride of feeling "okay?" and contemplating whether this is all just too much. Fighting with a nagging voice that said that this is the new normal, and this pain will be with me for the rest of my life and and death or sleep being my only respite. Yesterday was a BAD evening.. the crowning achievement to an even worse day. Last night before going to bed I listened to this meditation and it affected me on an extremely deep level. I think it dislodged some deep seated grief? The honest heartfelt compassion in your voice touched a part of my heart and cleared some kind of blockage that I didn't even know was there. I woke up this morning not with "crap I'm still alive.." day but actually feeling like... "yeah.. I can do this." Ms Hall.. you pulled me back from the edge . A man you will probably never meet let alone know his name ... You saved me. I am deeply grateful. You are truly a blessing . Thank you ma'am. Sincerely M

I lost my brother a month and a half ago, and I'm still feeling empty inside, depressed, lonely & worried about my future. He was someone l could lean on to talk, and now he's gone. I don't know how to cope with this loss, and the anxiety is getting worse. I've also lost quite a few other family members, so my family now is pretty short, and it feels like my family is passing and the future seems scary bc l 'm getting older in age now. I try to pray a little trying to find some consolation talking to God, but it's hard to even concentrate. My husband doesn't want me to talk about my brother's passing & that makes it even worse for me & not knowing who can at least listen to my emotions, l have no one else to turn to. This video is my calming therapy before l go to bed, and l thank you, Ms. Linda Hall that your voice gives me some peace to fall asleep. Please 🙏 continue to make more videos bc this video is a lifesaver for me and probably for other people as well. So, l will continue to listen to this meditation to find some hope of consolation in my empty life. Thanks again, and may God bless you and everyone who watches your videos that they may find some peace of mind to continue living with their grief. I thank you if you read my post. Blessings to everyone in this journey to recovery that it may be a healthy one & turning beautiful thoughts of our loved ones in the sky to watch over us like angels 😇 and stars 🌟 until we meet them one day in heaven with eternal happiness.

I am so grateful to have found your KZbin channel… You have a perfect voice for these meditations… feels so comforting to me . I have been in the most extreme difficult time of my life in the last six months… Severe anxiety and depression, and feeling so alone triggered through losing my son and ability to see my granddaughter who I was so close to . Doing my best with EMDR and I’ve been trying to stay off medication, but there are moments where I’m ready to just start taking it… I feel deep peace for moments during listening to your meditations. I really appreciated hearing that at the end of the outbreath and between the beginning of your next breath is where we can notice total peace. Not sure that it is in this one as I’ve been listening to numerous but actually, I’d like to find that one again if you can refer to it… Thank you again so much for your kindness and caring

Today I found my cat dead, people say cats can't love, or being a companion. She followed me every where. She would be sitting and waiting for me, and when I pulled in she would get up and stretch, and greet me. We had a special bond. Yesterday I was in the bed with her on my chest purring massaging my head like kittens do to when the mother nursing them. I've been crying today as I keep thinking about when one day 9 year's ago a little kitten stuck to the screen of the window. Man 9 year's. Oh my cat is gone she taking a piece of me with her.

My dad died unexpectedly on my birthday awhile back. Then my twin sister, who has estranged herself from the family this past 10 years, confirmed go me on the phone recently she never intends to be in contact with any of us. Worse, my Dr. has given me a 1 to 4 year prognosis, she knows about this but I know she won't even be at my funeral. My babygirl Tootsie Belle (a chocolate & tan Dachshund) passed away 2 months ago. I had her for 18 years & 11 days. My heart is broken. 💔 I had to give up my career of 25 years & go on Disability. The physical pain is so debilitating & unpredictable I can't even volunteer somewhere to feel useful. I'm SICK & being on Disability is no vacation, it's hell. On Earth! 🌎 I'm homebound & bed ridden ALOT. Most days a good meditation is what keeps me from going over the ledge. Panic attacks & PTSD are the WORST. Ugh! And living alone during this Pandemic...I'm too ill to take on another dog unless things get better. Tootsie knew me inside & out...this past 7 years she really was my emotional support dog. Such a sweet sweet soul & I now feel more alone than ever. I was VERY outgoing & social & a hard worker before I got sick. Sorry for the War & Peace novel lol. Thank you for this meditation. ❤

I am truly sorry you have experienced so much loss GiGi. My heart goes out to you over your dear little dog. Be kind to yourself. Take things one day at a time and give your heart the time it needs to heal. Living alone during the pandemic is really difficult, especially for those like yourself who have a chronic illness or disability. It may be of some comfort to know that you are not alone, there are many, many others feeling the same as you do. I'm glad that you have meditation as a support right now. Stay strong and keep faith. The bad times pass. Sending you a gentle hug💖

@@LindaHallguidedmeditation thank you. Your guided meditation helps me cope each night. My family lives far away, so at that moment I just want you to know, how much you help others. I have to say goodbye to my animals today, and next will be my beloved cats and dogs. Grief it getting bigger each day I need to say goodbye not only dealing with Carys death but with all animals who gave me strength. I understand that we are strong inside, and we don't know how untill we are in situation we have never been before. The fear of not knowing where to go next, with out money I can't even afford apartment. To my medical reason I can't do work I used to, and just working now only part time, minimum wage I can't even buy a car. I wonder about saying:" God will not give more than you can handle" I am trying to stay strong. But loosing everything and you loved one and give away your beloved animals, even my support dogs....it's like you are standing on the street alone with out anything. I don't understand why my soul picked this life. That's just one part of it. Thank you again. Blessings to everyone who will read this. As long you have roof over your head, car to drive you to work ( even if it's so hard to do during time of loosing loved one). Please everyone keep on going. I know how hard it is, take day by day. I wish at least I had roof over my head, car..at least so I can keep one of my beloved dogs who lay with me at night. Blessings to all.
