I am so happy to see another long triple burn session. I have been doing your resistance band triple burn that came out a couple of weeks ago every other day and love it - just done this one and I will be alternating between this and the other one now until you share another one with us. Thank you.

Linda already has beginners workouts on her channel. You can also take some of her shorter intermediate level workouts and make it easier (for example, do it without equipment or slower/less reps etc)

I actually have lots of beginner series on youtube. There's Beginner Mat, Pilates Beginners, Beginner Intervals and Beginner Loop. Have you tried any of those?
