Linda already has beginners workouts on her channel. You can also take some of her shorter intermediate level workouts and make it easier (for example, do it without equipment or slower/less reps etc)

I actually have lots of beginner series on youtube. There's Beginner Mat, Pilates Beginners, Beginner Intervals and Beginner Loop. Have you tried any of those?
