www.buymeacoff... Welcome to my BEGINNERS LOOP series. A set of workouts that use the resistance loop to take your mat workout to another level of burn! These workouts will introduce you to using a resistance loop to target all the smaller, supporting muscle fibers, to give you a well balanced physique. Intensify all your favourite mat exercises and feel the burn in all the right places. They are workouts that you can grow with so you can start with a very light loop and work your up to the heavier ones, and if it ever gets too much, drop the loop and do it without!
Create long, lean arms with a combination of light weights and the resistance loop. This workout will teach you how to do a lot of common dumbbell exercises using the loop as a replacement. In this way you can work all your major and minor muscle groups to build well balanced and defined arms.
Fitness level: beginner/Intermediate
Equipment: resistance loop or band tied in knot

Combined this one yesterday with your Tighten It Outer Thighs And Upper. That was the very right thing for a very late workout when you’ve done all the things except your workout and don’t feel strong and energetic 🤪. Thanks, Linda!

Added this on to your Barre Sculpt Pyramid Glutes and Thighs and had a great workout! I knew it wasn't gonna a true beginner workout so that was the right choice for a good Sunday morning workout! I switched to my heavier loop for the back section and used 1 heavier dumbell instead of 2 just because it's not really comfortable for me to hold 2 weights in 1 hand. Thank you for such a great variety of workouts with different equipment!

Added this one to your Slide and Loop Workout. I used my 2 kg dumbels for most of the exercises except the shoulder section and felt a good burn. Thank you, Linda!

Combined this one with your Pilates Beginners Lower and Abs. What I like most about this workout that you can choose your intensity by just switching to lighter\heavier dumbells and loops. Thank you, Linda!

whenever I do this one I like it more and more 😊😊. Used my 2 kg dumbels for all the exercises escept the shoulders and this time I used a medium tension loop for the back segment. Thanks a lot for this fantastic workout!

What a great workout! Hit every part of upper body, plus a bit of abs/glutes in the kneeling position. Can you tell me: is it preferable to have a neutral/flat back or a tucked back in the kneeling position? You often cue a tuck position, though not in this video. I tried both, but would like to know which is best :o) Thank-you!!

I think it is always good to slightly tuck, but not too much that you feel it in your lower back 😄

It takes some time, but once you get used to it you will find it works so many more muscles than just weights. 😀
