Linda, I laughed so hard at the end when you were saying you could stay there for ages, and I was in an excruciating burn zone. I guess my band must be a lot tighter than yours. (I jest, I jest). That was killer. Saving that to favourites. Who am I kidding, I save all your workouts to favourites.

In my favs list... Did this workout following an abs routine.... This workout is an illusion looks so easy but it killed me, though i am somewhere between intermediate and advanced and felt this one i can do easily but it was a killer.. Here is my total body playlist: kzbin.info/www/bejne/m6a8mHRmptKGgK8 Alternatively, my workouts are grouped into series so if you have a look in my playlists you will see all the different series. Each series has multiple workouts that are designed to complement one another. You can therefore do a few in a row to create a longer total body workout. 😊

An absolute new favorite!! It amazes me that you always find new ways to torture us lol. I really liked those angled, straight leg circles in the beginning. And the clam variation with the 45 degree leg lifts were awesome! Using resistance bands is my favorite way to train so I'm loving this series : ) I added my lightest ankle weights (1.5 lb- because I was scared), used my black loop, and flipped my Bosu upside down for the bridge work like you did in your Bosu Glutes workout. Ouch! Thanks for these brutal workouts. Sometimes I add these loops in strength moves. I add about 10 mins of my own lower body strength to your workouts like twice a week, and I like to add the loops to things like variations of deadlifts and squats. Thanks so much girl : )

Yes, the loop is the most versatile. You can even wear 2 loops one around your ankles and the other around your thighs! 😨

Ohhhh I have a loop by my bed, I use it for 5min in bed and it hurts, can use it so many different ways laying down, I'll try this video standing up! PS. love your tights!
