Intensify all your favourite mat exercises and feel the burn in all the right places with these challenging workouts that you can grow with! All you need is your loop and some determination to get in the best shape of your life!
Get ready to feel the burn with this calisthenics/pilates fusion lower body workout. Using a resistance loop to intensify the exercises you will perform seated and standing quad and glute exercise to shape your entire lower body! By using slight changes of body positioning and angles you will feel the burn in all the right places. If it's still not enough burn for you simply add some ankle weights! Shake to change!!

Oh my gosh! I actually almost cried. Such a hard workout, but when I thought I was gonna die, I took the loop off for a few rounds, and then was able to get back to it. So really one you can do at any level. Thank-you so much!

During lowkdown, my friends asked me which are the best YT channels I recommand them to workout with. I mentioned yours warning : "she's the queen of muscular endurance, burn is garanteed !" After doing this video, I can confirm that I was absolutely right ! Butt and quads on fiiiiiiiire 🔥🔥🔥

@@barlatesbodyblitz after your WO, I had to do a challenging yoga flow with deeeeeeeep hip flexors stretches (king pigeon, mermaid, etc) to relax my tight hip flexors 😀

Linda you are amazing. I am in my 60s and have had rheumatoid arthritis since I was a little girl long before you were even born I’m sure. This year I had a serious spoke with the Monia I was hospitalized and had to give up exercising for a while. I really didn’t think I would ever exercise again except for walking which is good I know but I have to tell you your workouts have brought me back to life. I can always find a work out with you that I can handle and I am so appreciative. I did this one just once the other day I didn’t think I’d get through it but I did I’m going to try it again today thank you for all these wonderful workouts.

Hi Mary, thanks for sharing your story with me! I am so happy that my workouts have helped you get back into exercise. Getting through this one shows that you are definitely strong because it isn't an easy one! I try to cater for all fitness levels and create a lot of muscle specific workouts so people can work around injuries etc. I know that not everyone likes to jump around and go crazy in their workouts so these mat exercises are great for your age group. Linda, your workouts are INSANE! I have done countless youtube workouts and yours are by far my favorite! I am amazed at the level of strength that you have. Really really inspiring! I do at least two of your workouts every day. Thank you so so so so much for all that you do!

I'm done with this one and Oh, my Godness, there wasn't the fire but the flame 🔥🔥🔥 all over the muscles! Only 3 moves but from different positions set this fire! Thank you, Linda, for a burning Monday morning! That was great!

This is absolutely one of my fav. workouts! It's hard for me to believe I can now do it using a medium resistance band and a pair of 2.5 kg ankle weights! The mat exercising part was a killer! I had to stop several times, but I did it anyway! Here I am, still alive!

I consider my legs to be really strong but had to split this into two workouts! thank you it is great and next time I will try to do it all in one session:)

LOVE! I think I just about reached muscle failure with that thigh combination on the mat. Every time it got to the 2 bend press, my leg didn't want to extend haha! I had to really focus. I used my black band and next time will add ankle weights to the glute, but no way I'm there for the quad work yet. I loved the glute work too- it was super intense! I felt my hamstrings a lot too, which is perfect! I want to get your front of thigh mat work this week. Anyways, I'm so obsessed with this series. Thank you for these awesome workouts!!

I just love the loop. I can't remember whether I already told you, but what I have been doing in my own workouts is putting one loop around my thighs and the second around my ankles. That gives an amazing burn! I have also been using the loop around my thighs when I do inner thigh ball squeezes such as in my fit ball inner thighs and abs workout. It works really well to engage the outer thighs at the same time as the inner and forces you to squeeze on the ball harder! :)

loved the workout but was a little annoyed that the rep count wasn't the same from side to side. seemed you would do an addl 8-12 reps at times on the second leg which was really noticeable when your leg is on fire & your dying to be done

thanks for your feedback. There are 2 reasons why the rep count is different on the second leg. 1. because that leg has rested and therefore doing the same amount of reps would not get you the same burn as the first leg. This means that unless you start with different legs each time you do the workout, one leg would actually be worked more effectively than the other. That's why I go by how much it burns rather than actual counts. 2. It's very hard to count and talk at the same time 😁
