www.buymeacoffee.com/Barlates Welcome to the BEGINNERS MAT SERIES, a series of time efficient workouts that will sculpt long, lean muscles! These workouts have fewer reps than my other mat workouts and you change legs more frequently. They are the perfect introduction if you are new to Barlates workouts and will still give you amazing results.
In Beginners Mat Upper you will see some ballet swan arm exercises, an l-shape push-up to side triceps push up series, a side plank series with lateral pulls, push up and back extensions combos, triceps dip to triceps extensions and some biceps push-ups to finish. There's a lengthening stretch at the end.

Todays was my "Less Reps Day" so I combined this one with your Pilates Beginners Core and Glutes. I used my ankle weights for this workout. I put them on my wrists to make it harder and it made a big difference. Thanks a lot!

This was very good: doable, but v. challenging. A great burn, esp. in the shoulders. I LOVED the triceps emphasis. And burnout without weights! Thank u.

😳 I knew it would burn because it’s one of your workouts but I DID NOT expect THAT much burn!!! What a great workout!! I just found your Swan Arms video a couple weeks ago and I absolutely adore the flowing movements in it! One of my many favs!! Thank you!! 💕

Good one! I like the fact that one can change the level depending on how strong they're feeling. Non-beginners can do full push-up or side planks, etc. And other body parts feel the burn too...not just arms.

Yes, it's always good to show modifications so that it suits more fitness levels, then they can work their way up to harder modifications 😊

My arms was shaking after this. I used light dumbbells. Really liked the push ups from the side.

Added this one to your Body Weight Basics Mat Workout just because I like working out during an hour or a little longer. Well, I'm not a complete beginner I hope😀, but this one wasn't easy 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻! Thank you 💕💕💕💕! You are the best!

Wow!!! El que se me dificultó fue el de bíceps el ejercicio ultimo no pude flexionar los brazos🤭 eres muy fuerte Linda me encantaron estos ejercicios muchas gracias🤩

Biceps push ups are definitely tough in that position, even if you can only bring your arms up a little way to start with. You will get stronger with time 🤩

Are you doing enough cardio and eating right? If you are building muscle, but there is still a layer of fat on top you won't see the definition. 😊
