You will feel the burn like never before with these traditional mat exercises that will sculpt your inner thighs from every angle. You will perform single reps of 2 different exercises and then put them all together with 4 reps of each for 4 sets. If you don't have ankle weights you can still do this workout without and get great results. Mixing your workout up by using different equipment shocks your body into continually producing results. You will feel the fire as you do the workout and will be satisfyingly sore the next day!

Best inner thigh workout so far. My legs are shaking! I thought I had strong inner thighs but this proved to be quite the eye opener. Definitely will keep doing this one to keep improving. Thanks for another great workout.

Hi Linda. Love your workouts. Can you do a full 30 min. Lower body quad-focused workout on the mat for people with ankle or foot injuries who can't weight-bare but still can do mat workouts.

How in the world do u speak so calmly during excruciating routine!!!!lol I loved it, there is beauty in isolating muscle groups, intstead of just throwing your body around! So thankful I discovered your channel yesterday, didn't realize how much my routine needed it. The back of my legs and inner thighs are a major weakness, consequently I have a knee that is inflamed from too much emphasis on the top of my leg. Excited to get better! Thank u a million times!

I have been torturing myself like this for many many years so even though I still feel it, it isn't excruciating for me any more. I have had many viewers tell me that my workouts have helped them recover from various injuries because of the isolating factor. One of the most common ways to get injured if your supporting muscles aren't strong. I am happy you found me and I hope you get a lot of benefit from my workouts. Once you work your way through my free youtube workouts I also have another couple of hundred on my website as downloads and dvds! 😊

I finally did this workout yesterday....WOW....I had to pause a few times in the first set and I wasn't even using ankle weights!! I can barely walk today :) But that is why I love your workouts so much - they are always fun, challenging and include such a great variety of moves. Might need to wait a couple of days until I do the workout you released today though!! As always, thank you so much. In only a month your workouts have made me so much stronger and fitter :)

Combined this one with your Target 20 Upper. This one was pretty tough. I will be really surprised if my inner thighs aren't sore tomorrow 😁 because there was this thought in my head when doing those exercises that I should put off my ankle weights to make it easier 😁 but I didn't because inner thighs are inner thighs and mine need LOTS of work! Thank you, Linda, for gmaking my inner thighs do a good job! 😊😊

I swear my left leg has stopped answering to my brain's commands lol.. I usually do your outer thigh workouts and i see suuuch good results, it helped me lose fat. From now on I will combine them ❤️

My ankle weights crusade on things continues! First few minutes it seemed that this one would be easier than outer thighs one, but next exercises proved the opposite lol) It was just as challenging)))

Wow- that seriously burned and was awesome!! This was the hardest out of your inner thigh workouts : ) I hardly ever pause, but I had to during the first series lol. Sitting up with the leg straight and turned out was a move we don't often do, and I found that to be a weakness for me. So thank you!! I love to find new angles that point out where I need to strengthen. I loved every painful minute of this, but particularly enjoyed the final group on the back . Although, I won't lie- I prayed we wouldn't go through all of those 4 times haha. Thanks for another killer workout!! I definitely need to come back to this soon 😄

I found that seated position really hard too. In fact after the first exercise I was already regretting my decision, but I just pushed through it. It is definitely a difficult angle, but as you said, it's always good to work in different ways! I liked the lying series too. I love the stretch aspect of it. 😊

Another great one... Thanks a lot for this one... I do workout 6 times a week but i dont see much change in mid section abdominal fat... How to target midsection as its really difficult as compared to legs n upper body... Loads of love from India 😊

I'm back, finally, after 10 days or more of 0 working out. Yellow fever vaccine side effects were pretty bad and annoying and made feel like sh*t. I cannot believe how tired I feel right now :P I'm gonna try a ballet barre workout right away anyways...

Please tell me, what do you eat? And how do I eat? Keto, low fat, low calorie, or just anything you want but very little bit? U have a perfect body. I know u exercise a lot! I am on your fb page and I can’t believe how many workouts I do in a day! And even rest day is dancing! Ugh. If I could get 5 and 6 workouts a week I am doing good! I try to do 6 but a lot of time i get 5 but some weeks only 4 and it is frustrating!

hi, everyone is so different so it is very hard to tell you what to eat. You kind of just need to figure it out by trying different things. I am vegan, but was still in good shape even when I wasn't. I workout a lot and have done so for most of my life, so in order for me to maintain results and get new ones I would have to do a lot more exercise than the average person. My body is used to the torture. For you, you need to find a point where you feel that the duration and intensity of your workouts leaves you challenged just beyond what you think you are capable of. The key is to continually shock your body by changing things up. Don't get into a routine where you do the same workouts for the same amount of time day in and day out. I hope that helps 😊

just do less reps and build up to it. You can also start with my beginner workouts, my style is pretty advanced 😁

I've been walking 5 miles every day for the past two weeks to lose weight.. I can't run because it makes my thighs bulkier, will doing this exercise in combination help slim my thighs?

Yes, these mat exercises are great for thigh slimming. You can even do them without ankle weights. 😀
