I've just recently discovered your channel and, along with boho beautiful for yoga, you've become my HERO!!! Your videos are the BEST ever made, far better than any gym of ballet/pilates workout!!! Please keep on doing this, for highly trained people it's the only worth doing workout!!!! You feel the BURN so much and it's good!!!!!

Best lower body strength workout I have ever done!! I really enjoyed having so many single leg deadlifts incorporated into this. I have to say I have never done a single leg deadlift with my foot turned out, but that is a genius idea to target some outer thigh/outer glute too! There were two times when I thought my glutes were just going to totally give out on me and I would fall. I was laughing pretty hard. Both times had a pyramid: 1. the lunge pulse into a single leg deadlift and 2. the final exercise. Pyramids with strength are so effective at getting every last bit out that you can give. I really liked the bodyweight barre exercises as well! Next time when my body isn't so dead I may add a ball for some of it and loops for the plie squats. I know you have lots to film, but whenever you get a chance another one like this would be so awesome- like some mat, barre, and strength work combined into one : ) Thanks for all of your work! Tomorrow I will either be doing the Abs Strength or the Biceps and Triceps Strength

Wow, so good but so bad, have osteoporosis but with following your videos and others, my dexa scans have shown improvement that I never got on all medications I was put on! So hurray for exercise! Even with me opting out some reps, I feel good❗️

Hi linda l finished this workout just now.l used weights 8.5kg both and 9kg for plie sqats and deadlift. It was amazing and l feel the burn.Tnis workout is effective for tone muscle because l like to have muscle. Sorry for my English l hope understated me. Thank you .

Love your workouts and follow most of your mat workouts, have you a workout for cardiovascular that's not too much impact on knees and ankles as have old injuries there. Found this weight one ok and my heart rate was definitely up!!

Very challenging! Mostly the butt and back of legs, which is what I prefer. But a little bit of quad work in the barre portion (just enough ;o) The last sequence I was worried it would go into the lower back, but it didn't: is it the flat back that keeps it in the glutes? Just amazing: thank-you!

yes, definitely keeping a flat back stops you from twinging your back. You never go lower than where you are able to keep your back totally flat 😊

Hi Coach Linda! I am a man and just saw this lesson because my mother-in-law does this workout! I didn't think much of this so she challenged me to an armwrestle. I could not even move her arm even using both my arms together 😟

Haha, maybe try one of my workouts. You will be amazed how challenging they are for men in particular. It is a different type of challenge than weights.

@@barlatesbodyblitzThank you! I tried this workout as well, Coach Linda! My MIL told me to just try without dumbbells. Even then I got exhausted around the 18 minute mark and my body gave up, and she told me to rest 😟 My MIL did this full workout over with the dumbbells.

This is a tough workout and she has probably been doing my workouts for a while. Depending what sort of exercises you are used to it may just take you a while to get stronger in the smaller, supporting muscles. I do have some beginner series on my channel, so perhaps start with those if you want to eventually be as strong as your MIL! 😃

Tried this one today. I used my 4 kg dumbbells for all the exercises and it was pretty challenging. I failed to do all those balancing deadlifts without tapping 😁 but truly enjoyed them anyway 😊😊😊. Thank you, Linda for such a great workout.
