Line 6 | POD Go: 1.30 Update

Discover the new features in 1.30 Update for POD Go family products.
The free POD® Go 1.30 firmware update applies to both the POD Go and POD Go Wireless amp and effects processors. The update includes a new amp and five new effects:
• Mandarin Rocker - Based on* the dirty channel of the Orange® Rockerverb 100 MKIII
• Ratatouille Dist (mono, stereo) - Based on* the 1984 Pro Co® RAT®
• Retro Reel (mono, stereo) - Line 6 Original effect that simulates analog tape playback
• Euclidean Delay (mono, stereo) - Line 6 Original delay based on Euclidean algorithms
• Dynamic Hall (mono, stereo) - Line 6 Original hall reverb
• Hot Springs (mono, stereo) - Line 6 Original spring reverb
There are also new features and updates such as:
• User Model Defaults - Save any amp, cab, or effect block's user settings as the default
• Customizable Stomp Switches - Add custom labels for easier identification when controlling multiple blocks or parameters
• Snapshot Naming - Name and color-code your Snapshots
• External Footswitch Enhancements - Queue banks or increment/decrement presets or Snapshots
• Volume Knob Assignments - Additional output routing options are provided

Snapshot renaming is an excellent improvement. I use snapshots to switch between IR cabinets and have renamed each to match the IR cab model. Sweet!

great update with the rename snapshot and effect name, also the customizable rig light color, but still wish that they add a fender super reverb modelling, 6 months again to wait for the next update

Never. DSP Limit. Buy a Helix .

It would be nice just for bass alone. Having the low signal and distorted signal split. Even if it meant by doing so it would have to pull a few effects out of a patch to free up the DSP. It would be worth it.

Hi Michael , yes same what happen on my pod go after update to firmware 1.30..everytime i move between each snapshot "E" character always show at the end of preset, this is normal?

Did the update, showed as complete, but can’t find any of the new amps or pedals, Any thoughts?? Thanks Just noticed my 10c says mandarin 80 And yours says mandarin rocker Not sure what I did or didn’t do correctly, When it turns on it says 1.30 firmware on the screen But no new features are present?

You have to update both HX Edit and the Pod Go firmware.

Frustrating ! Freezes constantly during a gig.... have to turn off and on again while band plays on .... I'm not the only one who has these issues looking on forums .... gigged last night pedal froze AGAIN ..Will click to wah but only high pitched tone available... clicked back can't control volume ! This is the 2nd one I've had and same issue .... all boxed in flight cases as with all my kit ...looked after .... love the idea of this kit but at my wits end as I have another gig this afternoon and I'm screwed
