I'm definitely not a fan of Emily Armstrong, for the whole Masterson mess and her inadequate response to being called out, so it makes it hard for me to enjoy this song. Glad to see the two of you doing your thing here together today, though.

People don't really know her circumstances so I think people are just being judgemental and abusive hypocrites which goes against what Chester believed

I'm criticizing a poor choice that she made and her inadequate response to being justifiably called out for it by the husband of one of Masterson's victims. Knowing those things makes it difficult for me to enjoy the music, and I know I'm not alone in this. I'm not criticizing her talent. I'm not criticizing the band. I'm pointing out a set of events, explaining why they make me less than enthusiastic about the singer, and putting it in context. LP is a band that has a very emotional connection with the listeners, especially given Chester's CSA trauma and how it led to him unaliving himself, and I think some folks who aren't aware of the controversy in the light of Chester's story would want to know about it. No more, no less. I'm not telling anyone what they have to think or do. And I do not want any harm to come to Emily or the rest of the band.
