Kinda funny story - I meant to pull up this class, but I got overly excited and just saw 1-Hour Cardio Kick and clicked on it. As I was going along, maybe just a little past the warm up I said, hey, wait a minute, those aren't Cheetah leggings 😂. So, then I realized I was doing the wrong class, so got out and found the right one. So I got an extra warm up today which isn't bad right! While I didn't burn as many calories as you ladies, I most definitely was sweating buckets 😅, my heart rate was up, I challenged my body, and had a blast at the same time. Thank you ladies for being amazing! ❤

These are really challenging even for an experienced kickboxer. I add hand weights for the whole thing to get that extra burn.

Great workout! I will be 48 in July. I weigh 123, and am 5ft tall. I would say I am pretty fit and I keep up with you ladies. I only burn active calories of 386 and total calories of 463 in the workout. I am wondering if it is because of my age, height, or weight that you think I may not burn as much as you ladies. Please send me your thoughts. I find this to be with most workout apps I follow and have not gotten an answer from any of them. Thank you! Respectfully, Diana

Hi Diana! Great question! Calorie burn in your workouts is entirely dependent on the individual. One's age, gender, fitness level, weight, height, etc. all play a factor. You are small and thin and fit so you will definitely burn fewer calories than someone taller and heavier. The bigger you are the more there is to burn, but as a smaller woman you do not NEED to burn as many calories to reap the benefits of exercise. As women close to your size the two of us burn about the same as you do in a workout like this. That 600 calorie suggestion is more aimed at people larger and perhaps less fit. We hope this helps!!
