He explained it in previous video. Axel probably have colic and cries a lot. His wife is not allowed to carry anything because she's recovering from c-section. Not easy to take care of a 2-year old while the other baby is crying for hours. I think Björn is correct in staying as much as he can to help her. He's a good father and husband.

Not all babies comes out to this world the normal way. With c-section, depends on the pain threshold, it’s 2-3 months recovery.
