If she had admitted to some of her wrong doing the jury may see it different but she’s basically said she’s not lied once and everyone else is to blame. that's not under court. That's law enforcer's job. Perjury is a crime. So cops will handle it after the trial has ended. But the problem is, it's rarely executed. They need to have solid proof. Just like you buying illegal stuff, they need to catch you on the act. They cant charge you simply because it's super obvious that you did it. I think. I'm no expert. But that's what I understood.

I don't know if being charged for "perjury" applies in a civil case. Nobody is going to jail for this case. Both sides are suing for money. Someone might try to sue Amber and put her in jail for another case, like for example, in Australia where she smuggled dogs into the country, but probably not this one. The worst case for Amber is that the jury will award the money to Depp.
