Hey! I've been watching a lot of your videos. You have a good attitude and character. I'll keep watching your videos. Hopefully I'm watching your videos in 10 years. I think you're one that will defy the odds and make it till old age. A few suggestions I can give you based on my own knowledge and research. As for a job, have you thought about working as an at home call center representative? A lot of call centers, especially post pandemic are abandoning their call centers and having their staff work from home. That's one option for you to work part time or even full time and something that will give you some purpose and occupy your time. All you need is a computer and a headset and they provide you the training and the software. As for diet, and I know this can be difficult with limited financial income. You should abandon all fast food and restaurant food forever. If you eat at Mc Donalds, order a few beef patties without any of the other ingredients. No bread, no bun, no ketchup. The bun is full of crap and the Ketchup is pure sugar. Most fast food burger joints will sell you only the beef pattie with nothing else and its cheap. You can get just the patty for a dollar or two. Thats a good supper. Order two or three patties and eat that as your supper. Other than that, only grocery store bought, preferably organic food. They put a lot of bad chemicals and pesticides in everything today. Eat only majority vegetables, lots of fish such as salmon, mackerel, sardines ect. You can buy canned salmon and canned sardines for a few dollars a can. Eat two cans of sardines and then steam a whole lot of broccoli. That's supper. Don't include anything else. Just sardines and broccoli. This may be hard to do at first but eventually your body and mind will adjust to the new diet and appreciate it. It takes a whole lot of will power to stick to it.

Hi from the UK Neil! Thank you for making these videos and sharing your experiences. My husband is going through advanced stage liver cancer and cirrhosis. He was disgnosed in 2020 and had beed doing really well for 3 years but now hit ascites and lost a lot of weight. He's just given up his gardening business (which was his well-being tool). Watching your videos is giving me a sense of sharing and a source for information. I wish you well, keep up with your upbeat attitude on your journey! Sending you love and strength ❤❤❤

I had a good day today as well. I weighed the same as you going in. 240 after 2nd tap was 167. Today I fluctuate between 185 and 195. Depending on fluid buildup. Dude DON’T EAT HOT DOGS ! They are loaded with sodium. Glad to see you doing OK.

I’m sorry to hear that. I hope everything works out ok. And I know how hard a situation like this is. And there’s nothing that can be said to make it better. But keep the hope don’t let it go.

There is no “s” on the end of the word “bilirubin”. If you are speaking in the plural form of the word, there is generally still no “s” on the end of the word. My “bilirubin” level is elevated. Your “bilirubin” count is high. You have excess “bilirubin” in your bloodstream. I think it’s fair to say your “bilirubin” count is much improved since you no longer have yellow eyes and don’t look like a pumpkin. ✌🏻
