This is an incredibly beautiful and detailed build - beyond impressive. However, I've eaten most of the decorations because searching the grounds to find the treasure hunter gift is taking so long. You hid it very well.

This is the only valheim base I've seen on youtube that I would like to build myself but can't due to the time investment, I think this looks better than other mega builds I've looked up. The other issue is I'd really rather not use mods or spawn commands. All my mansions and builds are vanilla and still so pretty, taking forty hours on average for each build. However this treehouse looks like a ninety hour plus job along with having to resource gather, and testing mods and spawn commands this can take way over a hundred hours of your time. I'd build it if I had time to spare, oh well I guess I'll just admire it by watching this video again

I would for them too Add some huge trees like that to the Black forest, not THAT Large but I think they would fit right at home there and add to the feel of an Old growth forest. Maybe make them invincible trees like the Swamp has too, that would be great for earlier game tree houses, i like swamp ones but I would LOVE a tree house in the Black forest, just dont want to risk the supports being taken out lol

how do you deal with the build height limit? do you use mods for that or is there a mechanic you are using. I did watch your video on extending the build height but i dont see you using it here.

Some items act like foundations. The trees do that for me in this build. So anything touching them is blue. But I built the whole thing with infinite health pieces anyway so it wont fall. Infinity Hammer mod feature that can be turned on easily with mod configurator mod.

@@9byte You got it spot on, normally there's an invisible bubble around the world spawn (and Haldor) that prevents you from modifying the terrain or building close to it. The setting in Infinity Hammer to bypass it is called "Ignore no build".
