Dang man, 3:31 on your FIRST marathon!? Especially after your injury!! Also you saved Tejas with the electrolytes! I've only run one marathon, and while I was drinking gatorade from the aid stations (and carried my own) I guess it wasn't enough, my hamstrings cramped up at mile 20 and I had to run/walk every 500m for the last 10k. I didn't hit "the wall" because I still had energy left, but my muscles wouldn't have it. I didn't find out til years later, that's what happenes if you don't have enough salts.

I also ran London for the first time, so decided to watch your video see your your experience, and I see myself in your video at 9 mins 56 secs (I'm the guy on the left wearing the red cap, and blue vest). What a coincidence! It was a brilliant day, and I'm glad you got to experience the day 💯👍🏿

It was cool watching this , I knew you were going to be at the more manageble shakout with Floris and Kieran but 11:00 was way too late for me (I was going to watch a show in the westend that afternoon ) ,it looked like you enjoyed London . The Marathon was brilliant (though very crowded more then NY ), good vibe and great temps.(the post orginization was a little hectic especially with the local tube stations being closed ) Very well done!

May be too thin I guess. But still I think about positive side. at lease I have legs to walk around. respect to all athletes...!!
