Sir mera 1 jump marne ke bad ped bohot dord korne lagta hai jiski boje se long jump Nehi kor pata hu .. 17 feet long jump sahiye Assam police ke liye but Mera 15 feet se bor hi nehi raha hei ....1 bar long jump marne ke bad calf muscle or shin mai bohot jiyada dord korne lagta hai kiya koru sir please solution bata dijiye
