I used to do a lot of fasting, varying between one day and seven days. It's important to note that what one eats breaking the fast is more important than fasting length. Now I focus on carnivore eating. Once the body's metabolism is switched over, which takes time, it completely changed my jiu jitsu training gas tank along with mental and emotional calmness. Lost around 25 pounds eating ground beef, eggs, bacon and butter.

@b.c.34 no food no water. I started eating back yesterday and did 46 pushups this morning. I eat a keto/paleo diet with IF on a regular basis, it really helps easing into fasting. I didn't have any craving, even water was not a huge miss

Exactly. Its because seduction is not a science and a theory, only feelings and spontaneity. It must be inherent and natural, not acting. His stuff feels contradictory but it means you have to balance all of it and bring nuance. You have to show interest but not be a simp and make them feel they are not enough for you, all being natural and not acting it. How to do it ? Hi casey i m from India we have a 2 specific days in every month which are best to have fast these are called ekadashi. It actually is a 36 hour water fasting. It has scintific reasons u should give time to study this aswell

I have noticed for sure that men will respond differently to me with a ten pound difference up or down. One dress size. I don’t think most women work that way tho. I am attracted to who the person is. Then I see no one else. I had to look hard to see a difference in those photos. Not trying to discourage…..but it was not a big difference to my eye. Even celebrities. I never thought much of Chris Evans until I saw him playing the piano in some videos he posted. That made me swoon when he looks at the camera (at his wife I think) while playing. But not because he happens to be ripped. I know u work on total person too. That matters. We need to see u trying exfoliating masks tho……… sauna. 😂
