Things I realized on my first week of doing this exercise: 1. Stretching is a MUST BEFORE AND AFTER the exercise. 2. Make sure you are hydrated enough before exercising because you will sweat A LOT. 3. DO NOT SIT DOWN during rests. Just walk back and forth and manage your breathing if you are running out of breath. Pause the video when you need more time. You are just getting started, you are slowly introducing the whole routine to your body, so don't worry if you are NOT YET as fast as Emy. Quality exercise over quantity exercise. 4. If your muscles are sore on your first (few) day(s) of doing the exercise, take a day off. Muscle recovery is important. 5. Commend and treat yourself on your little victories!

To record my progress for 4-week challenge. Week 1 Day 1: 60.5kg Done Day 2: Done Day 3: Done Day 4: Done Day 5: Done Day 6: rest (walking 3km) Day 7: Done Remark: No obvious change in body weight (no control on diet), but the body looks slimmer and firmer (especially the belly fat). Week 2 Day 8: Done Day 9: Done (can feel the abs become stronger coz can hold the pose with longer time) Day 10: Done Day 11: Done Day 12: Done Day 13: Rest Day 14: Done Week 3 Day 15: Done Day 16: Done Day 17: Done Day 18: Done Day 19: Done Day 20: Rest Day 21: Done As I am not control my diet, body weight has no change but body becomes toner and more fit. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

I have started this challenge today!...Will be updating everyday to stay motivated a nd to be continuous with this one. Height : 156 cm Weight: 67 kg Day 1: Done✅...Honestly, I felt it was the best full body workout...Sweating like hell! Day 2: Done✅ Day 3: Done✅( Instead of the optional one, did emi's lower belly workout) Day 4: Done✅...Forgot to update yesterday Day 5: Done✅ Day 6: Done✅ Wasn't able to exercise and update on 23rd and 24rth coz it was my bday so was busy..Will be starting from today with Day 7 Day 7: Done✅ Day 8: Done✅ Day 9: Done✅ Day 10: Done✅ Day 11: Rest Day...Didn't have time to do the workout...was a busy day...Will not be taking the rest on Day 13, instead, will do today's (Day 11) workout on Day 13. Today was a rest day too. I think I will not be able to do this today and tomorrow...period cramps🤕 Will gear up and start from 1st feb with Day 12. But I am gonna some stretches tomorrow. Came here after I had done the beginner 15-minute workout from Emi. Day 1 - hardddddd, didn`t think 15 min extra would knock me out but it did. I can't feel my legs, helppppppppppppp Day 2 -those lunges are killing me 😭, but with some adjustments I did it Day 3 - I can`t feel my tights, done Day 4 - rest, did 15 min beginner workout Day 5 - rest, did 15 min beginner workout Day 6 - done Day 7 - done Day 8 - done (need to quit sugar) Day 9 - done ( 24h no sugar so hopefully will start to see noticeable changes from today) Day 10 - done ( as I quit sugar and do intermittent fasting I`m noticing some changes, happy, but I need to keep going) Day 11 - done Day 12 - rest (done 15 min beginner workout and a 20 min stretch) Day 13 - done Day 14 - done Day 15 - rest Day 16 - done (feeling low so I didn`t give my 100%) 😥 Day 17 - done I will stop with this workout here, in total I lost around 4 kg considering my diet was not 100% clean but I definitely feel stronger and I am more toned. I will continue to do Emi`s workouts but a 40-45 min one. For the ones that start now, YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!

Came back to say this worked really well! I'm 5ft4, 70kg in March, it's July now and I'm 61 kg! Aiming for another 10kg as I cut down on binge eating. Nvr got bored over this work out!

You are the best in my opinion because you are generous enough to make organised workout plans for us. For those who are confused which workouts to do, stay right on track with your challenge calendars. Your workouts are not extreme or crazy but doable. 3 days ago I started this program with this being the first workout I did and remembered it being so hard for me and I kept stopping mid work out and now it's the third day and this feels way easier than before, I even double checked if this was the same workout I did and it was. Anyways a tip from me, always warm up before and after working out, don't give up and push through, I know it burns like hell but it's totally worth it! it's my 3rd day and I'm seeing results already! and remember to take a recovery day and drink lots of water. I just finished day one..and I'm literally rolling all over the floor :") ..I can't do all the exercise, still I tried my best..and I'm gonna continue... being fat is like a curse to me since my childhood,I'm 18 now.and I'm gonna change my body..so you also don't give up ok??? I recently had a leg injury due to pushing myself earlier this year, and i recently found your workouts and can't wait to try and do them more consistently. I'm not going to give up and I know my life isnt going to just be misery and shame of my body. I'm not gonna dwell in my sorrow and image a perfect body anymore. I'm gonna get up and do it. I'm making a playlist of body workouts (chin, waist, legs) so that i have more choice when it comes to how im feeling on that day. If I feel like I can push hard or lay a little bit low. I'm drinking a lot of water (I have for years now) and i have Eczema so i tend to get red skin, leading to more skincare etc. And i'm trying to eat more fruit! So thank you, Emi! Your workouts reassure and motivate me all the time !

I used to do this workout and I did it for 3 months and results were amazing I almost lost 5 to 6 kg I usually eat once a day but that was very very heavy meal😅 and I sometimes skipped my workout too but results were still amazing and in the end of this year I am going to start this workout again and I am not gonna follow any diet 😊

Wow what a workout! Height 163 cm weight 53.7kg Goal - 50 kg and fit AF Day 1 - ✅ sweated a lot and couldn’t do the push ups but at least I completed the rest ! 💪🏼 Day 2 - done Day 3 - done Day 4 - done Day 5 - done. Feeling proud that I am sticking to this program. Already lost about 500 grams.😊 Day 6 - done Day 7 - done Day 8 - done Day 9 - still going strong .. started to see my top abs .. still got a Lower tummy but top abs being defined 💪🏼

Im starting the 4 week 2022 get fit challenge. I'm gonna try to exercise everyday. I'm gonna do some yoga and maybe some cardio as well. Im going to update at the end of the challenge. Wish me luck! Here are my measurements: Height: 160 cm Weight: 70 kg Hips: 100 cm Thighs: 62 cm Waist: 76 (89) cm Arms: 30 cm Calf: 30 cm so it's been a month and I didn't really lose much weight or anything like that. but I didn't change my diet so could be because of that. I've decided to start with a new routine. instead of working out every day I'm only going to work out 3-4 days of the week. I'm gonna run for like 30 minutes on those days and then do some workouts from pamela reif, Mary braun and lilly sabri. I'm going to do this routine for like at least 6 months and I'll update at the end of every month. which me luck and I hope we all can reach our goals🤗

I'm gonna do this for one month and keep yall updated! Started on 30/3/33 Height : 159 cm Weight : 55 kg Day 1 - Done! It was rly hard so i skipped last 2 sets ;-; Day 2 - Done Day 3- done! emi! I just wanted to thank you for doing this kind of content for us, making sure that each one of us has an option to what we want to exercise with. I've been in the chubby side since i was a child but after looking at your routines, especially the beginner work out- I picked myself up and decided to make a start. your videos helped me a lot, from 63kg (which i gained over the quarantine)- to 55 kg! my family were shocked and told me to relax so I got kind of distant with the workout routine and decided to come back after 4 months rest. now I'm starting again and currently 53kgs

@@viduushhiii thank you c: when i first started- I used the video "Best 15 min Beginner Workout for Fat Burning (NO JUMPINg HIIT!!!)" every morning & danced a lot in the afternoon. if you want a stretch before it, I recommend the Long & Slim Legs Stretch video!

Looks simple but when doing it, omg whole body sweat and I can feel the burn . And also today is my 1st day. Currently 68.6kg and 165cm. And of cuz I would do different workouts everyday because my body would get bored of the same workout everyday Goal is 50kg and also I want to successfully lose weight before my 21st birthday!! So I can look my best and be confident and be able to wear whatever I want with confidence

Just wanted to say that if you're here working out and reading this, you're doing amazing for hanging in there and bettering yourself! Another thing - if you feel like you aren't physically strong enough to have proper form, no shame in that. It's always better to modify than give up or risk hurting yourself. Go get em!

6 month postpartum mother. Onto day 9, lost 1 kg overall. Keep me motivated! Update after a month: No visible changes in inches but lost 4 kgs. So hard to stay patient when you are not seeing the results. I hope I see them soon :)

I started emis programs at 6 weeks postpartum at the heaviest I've ever been. This was back in November and since I've lost 60 pounds thanks to her workouts and calories counting. You can do it!!

Great. I love it Emi! It's been 1 years I following you. One year ago I was in very bad condition,depressed, stressed(eat and gained weight,going nowhere,look so bad). I decide to exercise in hope I will feel better. Found you and start with your KZbin chanell exercises..for beginners. Today still do your workouts..feels much more better,look good,slim tight belly I have. Still wana find out best exercises for my glutes, cuz it's only area which still bothers me. Any suggestions, guys? ❤❤ Who ever doubt in emu workouts, let me tell you,in one month you can look great and feel good if you do it 4-6 time a week.

your work outs NEVER MISS. ive been doing your 15 min no jump routine in the morning before work and these 0 min work outs during the weekend. im trying to elevate my self to the point i can do the 15 minuet work out in the am and the 30 min work out in the pm at least 4 days a week.

I only did 24 min of this exercise..omg I can't do anymore 😭 Day 1 of 4 week transformation journey2022 Day 3 of 4 week transformation journey 2022...omg i completed this workout..that wall 🧱 squat😩🥵 however finally i did this Day 5 of my 4 week transformation journey 2022... before starting this exercise i was 63 kgs i think... Now I'm 62 kg 💗 Day 7 of my 4 week transformation journey 2022.... guy's finally i completed one week 💗 I feel so proud of myself.. finally i did it 💗 I'm 62 kgs now 🥲 actually I didn't follow any diet and also I'm not drinking enough water 😅so yes it's difficult to lose weight like this..so if you follow diet.. definitely you can lose 1 to 3 kgs in the first week only... ❤️❤️

Decided to try this workout again and not give up this time!!! Height 5.6 feet Weight:150 Day 1 ✔️ Day 2✔️ Instead of doing optional, did a twenty-minutes dance of 'Ateez Thanxx' :) Day 3 ✔️ Finished! Did the optional + went running for 5 miles! I'm exhaustedddd Day 4 ✔️ Sorry I wasn't able to put this in yesterday!! Instead of doing the workout, I went skate skiing for four hours. I hope that counts >-< Day 5✔ Ran five miles Day 6✔ DONE! So, I switched Day 5 and 6 around and today I also ran 5 miles today. I did not do the optional for day 5. Day 7✔ ONE WEEK COMPLETE! Finished the workout and did the optional! Update: My stomach feels flatter and I've lost three pounds!

Emi I’ve been struggling to work out my entire life as an adult and as a kid I’ve only ever worked out one week then I would always quit because I didn’t see results lol but last year I started in 15 minute workouts and now I’ve been working out consistently for four months and lost so much weight and I can honestly say it was because of your videos now I only have 30 pounds left to lose and I’m definitely going to start my new year how I ended it /-with your workout routines thanks emi happy new year

Emi’s workouts have definitely gotten harder since I started doing them in 2020…but “no pain , no gain”
