I did the whole 2 week program and I saw SIGNIFICANT changes in my body. My stomach and legs slimmed down so much and I felt so good that I went to the beach and didn't feel insecure. Even though my belly isn't flat yet and my thighs are far from being "skinny" I still slimmed down a lot and my confidence was given a boost!

Hey emi! This is my 11th day of your 2 weeks flat belly and thigh workout. I am not going on a diet at all due to my hectic schedule. I need lots of energy and just have to consume whatever food is served to me. However, i have seen changes in my body thanks to this program. It is not drastic cause i am not on a diet but still i did not expect this much result. I exercised every night and now my bloating has been reduced and my belly is so much flatter now. My hips are also smaller and my digestion has improved. Thank you so much

So i did the whole 2 weeks challenge and i did see results. I lost 2.55 kg, an inch around my waist and an inch from right thigh and 1.5 inch from the left within weeks. Thank you Emi 💝. I reduced my sugar or sweet intake instead of giving it up( Sweet tooth 🙂).

Day 1: ✅ it was hard and some moves i couldn’t do like the side plank leg lift . i was up for the challenge and hopefully tomorrow i will do better Day 2:✅i already felt stronger and felt my abs growing . the workout went by way faster than yesterday and i certainly felt better today. her words of motivation throughout the video helped me get through . however i ate a lot today so i really hope it still works . Day 3✅: i felt stronger and started noticing my belly getting flatter and more toned and had a slight tight gap . it’s insane . i felt less pain while doing the workout because that means you are getting more used to it and stronger . i am proud and i will tell u tmrw about any changes i notice Day 4✅: i saw a huge difference in my stomach it got flatter and my thighs got thinner . i was so happy with this result and it’s only day 4! Day 5 ✅: i was truly shocked how fast this working ! i am so happy and i feel much stronger Day 6 ✅: i did this with my mum before bed and it felt okay . the burn in my inner thighs was insane Day 7 ❌: i was really busy that day so i couldn’t do the workout Day 8❌: i was also really busy HOWEVER i did a different workout 🏋️‍♀️ and some ballet because i train ballet Day 9 ❌: did a ballet workout because i was busy all day Day 10 ✅: Did some ballet and did this workout too this workout has really effected on me but i stopped after day 10 and now i am going to a different workout video cardio . wish me luck . i see a huge difference in my body thanks to her Elhamdulelallah

i did the 2 weeks program and im seeing a significant change in my body! my boyfriend also told me that i got a lot thinner. i didn’t control my diet that well so my weigh did not reduce drastically. but my plan was never the scale. i didnt measure my size but it sure is visible. basically i look fit after completing the whole program! thanks a lot emi! im now moving towards the 4 weeks challenge! cheersssss 🎉🎉🎉

@@LogyPiano hi :) im turning 13 soon, but am around the same height as you although i way a lot more. your weight is completely fine! and we're all insecure about our body. if you really want to lose weight, then don't eat less just exercise more so that you stay fit. your weight is completely healthy for your height either ways so don't worry

Day 1 : Only could do 20 mins. Day 2 : Did the full exercises and sweating like hell.I will update more. My weight ryt now 58.2 kg. started the 2 weeks flat belly and slim legs challenge on Feb 4 Weight: 74 kg day 1 ✅ 15 mins day 2 ✅ 25 mins (5 mins of the planks video and completed the thighs workout) day 3 ✅ 20 mins day 4 ✅ 30 mins (the walking workout) day 5 ✅ 20 mins ( standing abs workout) I took a 2-day break because I was sick and I have exams. day 6 ✅ 10 mins only cause I am still sick, day 7 ✅ rest day update: 72 kg day 8 ✅ 25 mins day 9 ✅ 20 mins day 10 ✅ 15 mins day 11 ✅ 20 mins day 12✅ 15 mins day 13 I didn't do the workouts but I walked a lot day 14 rest final weight: 72 kg in conclusion, this workout is great for beginners and I am happy that I got back to the habit of working out. I think I didn't lose weight in the 2nd week because I took rest days in between. i am going to switch to another challenge now!

I have started this workout yesterday, i have been following emi for last three years but i have a bad habit of dropping workout after a month or two. So I'm writing my measurements here and will tell you guys how much it works after two weeks. Belly: 34 inches (86.3 cm) Waist: 37 3/4 inches (96 cm) Right thigh: 23 inches (58.3 cm) Left thigh: 23 inches (58.3cm) And i weigh around 58 kg

Started at 16/05/2022 Day 1:✅ Finished the entire stretch with a few extra breaks in-between. Could do only 50% of the Side Plank and Tap as I lost balance after a point. The burn is real!!! Gonna take a dieting with this! Day 3:✅ Day 2 was the same as Day 1, in day 3 I still struggled with the Side Plank and Tap but tried. Felling really tired

I am almost 3 months postpartum and did this 2-week program. Results are great! -4kg of fat, +3kg muscles. Approx -3cm in belly, hips and waist area 💪🏻🙏🏻 thighs are just -1cm but for me it takes longer time to lose fat on thighs, but I will keep doing the exercises! Thank you ✨❤️

Going to put my progress here! Day 1: I stopped at the side planks because of the difficulty and my body was clearly communicating it needed a break. Got through 2/3 of the workout.

Starting this workout from today 💪 Measurements: Thigh: 61cm (Right), 61cm (Left) Belly: 38cm Day -1(Wednesday): ✔️ Day -2(Thursday): ✔️ Not able to do this workout for 4 days because of trip. Day -3(Friday): ❌ (Not done because of trip. Just did 50 squats ,pushpus and 3km walk) Day -4(Saturday): ❌ (Not done because of trip. Just done 5km walk and cardio) Day -5(Sunday): ❌ (Not done because of trip. Just done 5km walk and cardio) Day -6(Monday): ❌ (Not done because of trip. Just done 5km walk) Back to workout 💪 Day -7(Tuesday): ✔️ Day -8(Wednesday): ✔️ Day -9(Thursday): ✔️ Day -10(Friday): ❌(Just done 3km walk, 50 squats and pushups) Day -11(Saturday): ✔️ Day -12(Sunday): ✔️ Day -13(Monday): ✔️ Day -14(Tuesday): ✔️ Measured again on Day-14: Thigh: 61cm (Right), 61cm (Left) Belly: 37cm No difference in thighs but I hope I will see difference afterwards. @@AndrewZaidBeats honestly in my opinion you should eat something before working out because if you exercise on an empty stomach you will get really dizzy and exhausted and you won’t be able to Complete the exercise / I do it in the morning It’s the best time to exercise

Just started today. Will keep you updated on the progress. Day 1: ✅ I couldn’t do the entire exercise at one stretch. Took longer breaks in between but was able to finish it. (I didn’t do the side plank and tap as I couldn’t even balance). Did the 5 min optional.

hello lovelies, I am starting the 2022 2-week Flat Belly & Slim Legs Challenge on 08/06/23 and I'll be updating after every session. I'll be going for a jog/walk for about an hour atleast once a day and be in a calorie deficit (restricting myself to about 1700cals a day) from Days 2-14 . I am around 72 kg (height: 160cm) and I am hoping to loop this 2-week challenge 4 times (around 2 months) to see some results. Here is my first round of the challenge (including the optional workouts): Day 1: ✅definitely felt the burn in my thighs, but not so much in my belly. I did the workout from the 15 Days Inner Thigh Burn Challenge additionally, but it did not really sear my body much. Two weeks challenge record 💁🏻‍♀️ ✔️Day 1: 10 August 2023 [Lower waist: 50.5 inches Thigh: 28 inches Upper arm: 15 inches] I'm feeling a little bit pain but not like the way I can't do normal everyday movements after going to gym. ✔️Day 2: 11 August 2023 ⭕Day 3: 12 August 2023 [Today I was unable to complete the workout because in between I get cramp in my left thigh. :( I hope I get recovered after doing stretches, applying diclofenac gel and taking rest.] ✔️Day 4: 13 August 2023 [Woohoo guys 💁🏻‍♀️💗✨😃 I did it again today the whole video. I took rest yesterday so my thigh didn't cause any problem.] ⭕Day 5: 14 August 2023 [I was unable to do today because of my periods😢. So I did only posture exercise and stretching exercises of Emi.] ⭕Day 6: 15 August 2023 ⭕Day 7: 16 August 2023 ⭕Day 8: 17 August 2023 ✔️Day 9: 18 August 2023 [ Here I'm kicking it 💪after heavy bleeding days. But I feel so tired! 😩] ⭕Day 10: 19 August 2023 ⭕Day 11: 20 August 2023 ✔️Day 12: 21 August 2023 [I had diarrhea so l was unable to do exercise last two days, I'm good after taking medicine. And here I'm kicking it again!🔥] ✔️Day 13: 22 August 2023 ✔️Day 14: 23 August 2023 [ Truly speaking today I was not feeling like working out but I did it all throughout till the end! This was only possible because of the positive reinforcement by Emi in between this workout. 💪🏻😊] So guys as you all can see above I'm able to do the whole workout till the end half the time period that is seven days out fourteen days in two week challenge. This is first time I'm ever doing this and I'm glad that further first time I'm ever able to be this much consistent. Here my results guys, let me tell you I'm not dieting. Lower waist: 50 inches Thigh: 27 inches Upper arm: 13 inches As you can see, I have reduction in those areas! 💪🏻😊 Wow this is the first ever workout that has shown results in such a short period of time! Thank you Emi. You are a 😃👍🏻 great coach. I just want to say thank you and I love you. Your challenge video is just so awesome. I'm going to do another challenge. The song choice of this video is also so cool i just love it, especially the vibe of the last workout! I'm gonna be doing this for some time along with jumprope Day - 1: Just started and ofc it's hard Day - 2: Day 1 was more of a breeze than today, oof Day - 3: I was not able to do Iron butterflies until today, so it's definitely an improvement. My lower abs hurt more tho Day - 4: Did it!

I completed the whole 2 week challenge program and I did optional workouts as well. Here are my measurments before & after: Before: Weight: 70.6 kg Left thigh: 64 cm Right thigh: 62.5 cm Waist: 85 cm Calves: 39 cm After: Weight: 68.4 kg Left thigh: 60.5 cm Right thigh: 58.5 cm Waist: 78 cm Calves: 39 cm (stayed the same but they were never bothering me) For the questions about diet; I didn't go on any restricted diet. However, I didn't drink any sugary drinks, didn't eat any sugar and junk food as well. I tried a new way of lifestyle, a healthy one. I tried many healthy recipes and journaled every day (what I ate how I felt after workouts etc.). I have this journal on my laptop and I can send it by gmail if anyone would like it as motivation, food ideas etc. I won't say that it was easy but I tried my best and decided to keep working out and try more challenges, starting with 15 day inner thigh burn & 15 day fat burn.

Day 1 ✔ (found it hard to complete by the last set) Day 2 ✔ (legs are like spaghetti but seem to be effective) Day 3 ✖ (Had to go out) Day 4 ✔ (Getting better at completing the sets) Day 5 ✔ ( a lot easier to do the sets than first few days)

11,5,23//start date// day 1: Did the 30 minutes one, was too exhausted so skipped the 5 mins... day 2: I cant do plank workouts as i have an elbow injury, did the 20 mins standing abb from day 5 instead day 3: my legs are so sore TT . I DID BOTH THE WORKOUTS!! day 4: I skipped today's workout. My legs were so sore I could not even move them. day 5: Did both the workouts . Day 1✅: Couldnt do a few exercises (i.e. side plank) Day 2✅: Same as yesterday :)) (Could do the side plank a bit more tho) Day 3✅: Could do the side planks more (probably need to work out my arms). Day 4❌: Went to sleep. Day 5 ✅: Almost did the side planks ^^

@@snisthebest1069 i always do two 10min workouts. when i started last year, i was losing 1kg per week (i weighed 64kg before) + strictly eating healthy & intermittent fasting. my weight has plateaued and i now weigh 55kg which is my target weight. i still do just two 10min exercises everyday, still doing IF and eating healthy but i can now eat sweets & junk food and drink beer more freely but i make sure i don't overeat.

Day 1 : Couldn’t do a lot of the exercises since it’s only the first day..but felt a lot better after doing the exercises..i hope I’ll be consistent enough to see the changes Day 2 : Was able to do all the exercises a little more easily and less tired than yesterday ..this also reduced my bloating Day 3 : the pain is all gone and 30 mins finished way quickly. Loving the workout

I have completed one round of her 2 week's challenge and I could see the difference. It was not just the difference, I used to feel so light and it helped me keep myself motivated all day long. Day 1: Finished the 1st set. I missed a few last seconds of some workouts. Imma just take it slow as I don’t exercise regularly. Day 2: I skipped a day. Today I completed the 1st set. Day 3: 1st set only. Now it gets a bit easier. Day 4: 1st set. Day 5: Maybe I’ll tryna do more tmr. Day 6: 1st set. I also did some other stretch exercises. Day 7: Same as day 6. Day 8: Made it to the 16th. I could do more tho.

Hi guys! I'm gonna try and finish the Flat Belly & Slim Legs challenge! Measurements day 1: Measurements day 14: Waist: 72 cm Waist: Hips: 94 cm Hips: Thigh left: 59 cm Thigh left: Thigh right: 59 cm Thigh right: Day 1: It was really tough! I managed to complete 2/3rd of today's workout. Day 2: I got a little over halfway of both workouts. The plank workout was really tough - I wanna do it again at the end of the 14 days and see if I can do better! Day 3: I did 2/3rds of today's workouts. They're really tough still. Day 4: For me it's hard to find the energy to do all workouts 100%, but I really push myself to do at least 2/3rds! I even did a bit more than that today. The lower abs workout was really tough but I still enjoyed it!

Since everyone is commenting i will too,i have been trying to lose that stubborn belly fat for months but gained more instead.....so my school has a ,3week break so this is my chance to show people what my body can do! I dont even care what my school thinks of me cuz they dont really care about fat people and all(some do)People even ship my fat enemie with a skinny boy,but i think she is losing some fat cuz she doesnt look the same anymore but i dont want to be fat while my enemie is skinny perfect so im gonna do a 3week challenge,no specific diet just 30min exercise in the mourning and same with evening,today is tuesday so its leg day for me!i started yesterday only and ofc no changes yet...not eating that many rice and drinking tons of water that made me feel full all the time. Day 1=day one was yesterday and it felt good,no particular exercise i just did my own workout meaning instead of a routine of exercise,i ran for 30mins but halfway i did exercise instead,felt good but still insecure

tips (from personal experience, remember everyone is different:)) -focus on the music and her voice, it makes time pass faster -try not to weigh yourself more than once a week, it might stress you out -try not to measure yourself more than once every other week good luck!! 🎉

Day 1 - did 1 set of this + bra bulge burn workout from same channel ❤Got compliment on day one that I look not bloated for first time in months Day 2 - bra bulge burn + regular yoga poses 🎉Friend were amazed that I am starting workouts again coz it was my passion once Day 3 + completed 2 set of this workout + bra bulge burn + did last set in evening 💗Felt really good Day4 got my periods, prefer streching yoga over heavy workout Updates after I finish my period 😅 Here after 5+6 days I guess, periods over, exams over, now recording again from 14 June 2024 1 - did only 1 set of this workout however feeling slimmer on lower body. Update 12 July - feeling slimmer already, btw I switched to pilates for core strength and toning of muscle, I think pilates girls are strongest MFS in the world 😭 my soul just leave my body while pilates even tho I do so well in cardios and workout,

Hi! I'm starting this workout from today and will update every day! I've been planning to start this challenge from a week and i started 3 days back with the most random workouts (it was to make it easier for me to get used to this workout and not get that 2 days extreme soreness while i attempt this one) Note: I've been doing several workouts for past 2 years but every 3 days later I'd get extreme demotivated and quit ajd start again after 3 4 months but since i was just 12 that time I didn't cared much but now I'm promising my body to achieve my dream one i crave for!) Day 1: ✅! I did a 20 min full body workout of Emi and 20 mins of this (I'll do the 20 min cardio every 2 days later) and I'm satisfied that i atleast did more than half! More to go 💪🏻
