Your videos are my new favorite workout routine! I’m four months past delivering my fourth baby and I am definitely in need of the strength training to keep up with everyone! My favorite part: you’re teaching me how to lean up instead of bulk out-THANK YOU! Quick request: I find it so helpful when you voice over on form so I do the moves with max effectiveness, do you think you could add a little more of that?(plus I only have my phone and the screen is tiny so sometimes it’s hard for me to see what you’re doing 😅)

First day of pregnancy fit workout with y’all! I’m about 10 weeks along and a little bit out of shape. I have a one year old I stayed very fit with during the pregnancy but postpartum not so much. These workouts are doable but challenging. Thank you.

Checkpoint Day1 ✅ Day2✅ Day3✅ The further two days were supposed to be Day4 and Day5, it was Sunday so I took a break, the other day couldn't do due to some changes in schedule. Day 1 done! I think ill stick to this ❤ Day 2 done! I do better when there short ❤ Day 3 didnt do because i was tired but did dance car 💚 Day 4 missed a day no excuse 💚 Day 5 did 2 workouts from her other video and a different channel ❤ Day 6 missed i didnt do anything 💚 Day 7 just did it along with another workout dont feel like i sweated enough ❤ Day 8 same feeling as yesterday ❤

I just finished it and burned 49 calories. It might be less or more depending on how you do the exercises and your measurements (for me: 59kg 162cm)
