Actually I used to follow the workouts every day for 20 minutes , sometimes only do 2 sets and the results were amazing , visible changes and inch loss happened. The stamina was amazing. Now I stopped because of hectic schedule. Now I will start again after Easter. The workouts makes us flexible, sweat and definitely u will see the difference in just one week.
