Actually I used to follow the workouts every day for 20 minutes , sometimes only do 2 sets and the results were amazing , visible changes and inch loss happened. The stamina was amazing. Now I stopped because of hectic schedule. Now I will start again after Easter. The workouts makes us flexible, sweat and definitely u will see the difference in just one week.

Walking and healthy eating will make us to reduce fast. I was 75kg before 8 months back,now i am 62 kg normal. I follow eating dinner before sunset, walking, swimming and avoiding junk food, sleeping early.
