Welcome to LOVEBITES 🤘🏼🐺🔥 Here some information about them: The band was formed in 2016 by original bassist Miho and drummer Haruna. Their first EP and album came out in 2017. So far LOVEBITES have released 4 albums, some Singles/EPs and also a bunch of DVD/Blu-ray live recordings. Back in 2018/2019 LOVEBITES have already toured in Europe, including appearances at the major metal festivals as Wacken, Download, Bloodstock, Graspop. In 2018 they also won the Metal Hammer UK Golden Gods Award for best new band. Then came covid, their original bass player and founder Miho quit the band for personal reasons and two babies were born. After a break LOVEBITES came back with new bassist Fami and new song „Judgement Day“ in late 2022. A new album with the same title came out in February 2023. This year in June LOVEBITES‘ first world tour starts in Europe. In September they will play their biggest headline show ever in Tokyo. After that LOVEBITES will have their US debut … The band members of LOVEBITES are (including their official nicknames) Asami on vocals (the one and only voice): She has an amazing vocal range and vibrato, writes most of the lyrics, also did parts of the song writing for their latest 2 albums, she is a former ballerina and RnB/soul singer Miyako on guitars, piano, keyboards (the golden touch): She is the musical brain of the band, main composer and arranger, a soulful but also shreddy guitar player and concert level pianist, furthermore she is a gear nerd Midori on guitars (crazy shredder): Incredibly fast and technical guitar player, has contributed to songwriting for a few of their songs, also she is a body fitness athlete Haruna on drums (little big engine): Plays very fast pace over long distances, she is very efficient and her stamina is admirable, the cymbal work is outstanding, she also wrote one of their songs including lyrics, creates handmade miniature fake food Fami on bass since 2022 (shining fingers): Absolute bass prodigy with outstanding technique, she speaks faster than sonic speed as she plays and smiles non-stop Miho on bass until 2021 (natural born headbanger): We will never forget her, she is a great bass player, she wrote several of the songs for the band’s albums 1-3

Welcome, the Wolfpack, Lovebites fans around the world, will be along to visit. This concert from 2021 was under strict Covid restrictions. Audience limited to 50% capacity, mandatory masks and no shouting or cheering. This is part of the reason the band don't move around the stage as much as they normally would. The band members are, Asami, Vocals and piano. She trained in Ballet before becoming a singer, and before Lovbites, was a R&B singer. Midori, Guitar. She is the blond 'Amazon Warrior'. Miyako, Guitar, Piano and Keyboard. She is a classically trained pianist from the age of 3, only taking up Guitar in her late teens, teaching herself to play with the aid of books on the subject. She also composes and arranges much of the music. She is about 4 or 5 months pregnant during this concert. Haruna, Drums. Co founder of the band, along with, Miho, Bass. Miho left the band for personnel reasons toward the end of 2021. The band then went on hiatus until they recruited a new Bassist in the form of then 20 year old Fami toward the end of 2022. Fami has her own YT channel with around 700,000 subs. Recommendations for further listening. Holy War, MDO, Thunder Vengeance, We the United, Winds of Transylvania (written for a crazy Japanese Anime series, Vlad Love) Frozen Serenade, Edge of the World, Epilogue. I have been listening to heavy Rock/Metal for over 50 years, and I regard Lovebites as one of the best bands I have ever heard. Their musical talent is second to none. 😃🐺🤘

Congratulations on jumping right into the deep end. You just found the most talented metal band to come along in decades. In their first five years of existence, they put themselves on par with the greatest bands of metal’s golden age. They recently went on a year-and-a half hiatus while they waited out the pandemic and searched for a new bassist. They announced the new bassist in October 2022 (see below) and dropped their first new song on December 22. Their new album, “Judgement Day”, was released two months later.
