just a bit of information, coconut extract isnt the actual coconut, it is just the flavour extracted. the blue dragon may have only 50% but if its actual coconut it will still be more than the one that is 80% extract

I wish You lives near so that I could understand the grams of carbs it’s under 10 grams of carbs ain’t it, I just get confused how much carbs are in things and don’t understand how to weight correctly. My neurologist has asked me to do keto for my epilepsy as I’m on a high dosage of steroids and I keep putting on weight but putting on weight makes me have more seizures 😢

They do a sausage with cheese in that is also very low in carbs.

Asda do the biggest block of cheese that's the cheapest. My store stopped selling certain yoghurt. There's a few things I still get from asda. But they're not cheap anymore.

asda is renowned for ripping you off with special buys, always check you receipt as well

"ASDA isn't easy for following this lifestyle" I could have told you that. We do our weekly shop there and while it is ok for the rest of the family, the only thing I get from there for me is cabbage for coleslaw, cheese, Chorizo and sardines john west sardines in olive oil as snack food. Oh. And their pork belly slices are perfect to go through a mincer for no added sugar sausages.
