Low Carb Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup (240g) sugar free Peanut Butter
8 Tbsp (1 stick) room temperature Butter
2/3 cup (120g) Allulose ( you can use Xylitol, Monk Fruit, Erythritol) amzn.to/2XqOm51
1/2 cup (130g) Brown Sugar Swerve amzn.to/2YkQXiW
1 Egg
1 cup (112g) Almond Flour
1 tsp (5g) Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 cup (53g) sugar free Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 F/ 177 C
In a large mixing bowl, mix together peanut butter, butter, allulose, brown sugar swerve, egg, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
Once mixed together well, fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop out 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp on to a parchment paper lined baking sheet and press down with a fork.
Bake in a preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
Allow cookies to cool and enjoy.
