Low Carb Keto Recipe: Sweet Crepe (Strawberry Cheesecake Crepe)

Low Carb/Keto Crepes are great for a desert or for a brunch.
Low Carb Keto Recipe: Sweet Crepe (Strawberry Cheesecake Crepe)
4 Eggs
3/4 cup (177 ml) Heavy Cream
1/4 cup (59 ml) Water
1/4 cup (36g) Coconut Flour
2 Tbsp (24g) Allulose ( you can use Xylitol, Monk Fruit, Erythritol)
1/4 tsp Salt1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon
1 Tbsp (28g) melted Butter
Cheesecake Filling
2 oz softened Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp softened Butter
1/4 cup (61g) Sour Cream
2 Tbsp (24g) Allulose
2 Tbsp Confectioners Swerve
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt (about 1/8 tsp)
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, water, coconut flour, allulose, melted butter, salt, and cinnamon until smooth. Set a side and allow it to rest for about 5 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan over low-medium heat. Pour 2 Tbsp of batter into the heated pan. Roll the batter in the pan until the batter no longer moves.
Cook the crepe until edges start to brown and begin to come away from the pan. Once edges begin to brown, gently flip the crepe and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Fill and serve.
Cheesecake Filling
Cream together cream cheese and butter. Add sour cream, allulose, confectioners swerve, sour cream, vanilla, and salt.
Once the mixture is blended smooth, spread evenly onto crepe, add berries, fold crepe and serve.

Can you please help me to send me allulose to Germany? We cant buy it here. All shops online are from the US. And you know how difficult customs clearance.is sometimes... Maybe its possible for you to help me. I would of course pay everything.

I'm not sure if I'd be able to get it past customs. If you can not get Allulose you can replace it with Swerve, Monk Fruit, or sweetener replacement you can get. I use a combination of sweeteners because I personally do not care for the cooling feeling that Swerve can have. I have found that combining Swerve with other sweeteners like monk fruit, allulose, or BochaSweet it helps to balance that cooling feeling. I've heard that Allulose has been band from many European countries. Hopefully one day soon they will left the band and make it available to you.
