I really love the EMOM format! This was challenging, but I muddled through! Did the first plank on my knees, did the second plank half on and off and did the third plank completely off the knees!

I did this workout after a workday, just before dinner the evening before US Thanksgiving. It was not too taxing to do at that time, and didn't push dinner off too late. Fun. Today we feast.

What a great way to start off the week! Yesterday was Sunday, so I think I benefited from that being a recovery day. I had high test gas in the tank! I had to focus and work hard, but I had the stamina to keep up with good form. That’s important to me. I did ok! 🔥 Thanks, PJ!❤

Again - I liked that the pushups were included in the workout. I did 10 on the ground from my knees, but felt my form slacking by the last couple of reps, so for the next two rounds did from my knees against a chair. Still challenging, but could maintain my form. When we hold a plank, it helps when you call out the seconds - 30 seconds left; 15 seconds. I can't see the timer and it feels interminable. Good mental workout though. 😆

I surprised myself with the pushups, 8 out of the 10 each round I was in good form, felt 2 of them go off a bit wrong each round. Short but powerful workout, thank you PJ!
