Words cannot describe how grateful I am that I stumbled across your channel. I am 19 fresh out of school and my dad has cancer and my mom is sick. I can't afford to go to uni and I'm working sometimes 12 or 16 hours for the day to make ends meet. Due to the stress I gained a 100 pounds in a year. Now thanks to you I am 40 pounds lighter and in a better mental frame of mind. I was spiraling downhill so badly. Team body project, your motivating and uplifting and kind words along with Pastor Steven Furtick saved my life. I am eternally thankful. One day I hope when I am financially stable I wish to join the team. For now itll be a dream. Thank you so much.

Your workouts are amazing. I’ve been doing them for about three months daily. I’ve lost a lot of stomach fat and gained a lot of muscle in my arms and chest. You make the workouts so much fun and challenging. I look forward to the workouts every day. I’m 74 years old and feel 45 yers old and sometimes younger since I’ve begun. I believe you are helping a lot of people, young and old. God bless you and your team.

Great Daniel! I am 74 and my wife is 70. We live near Liverpool, England and have used your exercises 3 times a week for the past 9 months - never once have we paused the session. For a person who is overweight and considered "obese" according to medical standards I want to say "Thank you"!! Thank you for designing workouts where I can sweat buckets but not have to jump around and get on the floor to do it!! I'm fighting for my life right now and these workouts are helping me get back on track. Keep it coming!!

I never comment on videos but I cannot say enough good things about this man and his workout videos. I first did the 30 min fat burning home workout for beginners and I have since done 2 other videos. His encouragement to take things at my pace, accept the win and be proud of it because no one can take that from me moved me to tears. It was validation and acceptance of my efforts no matter how I would judge/grade them myself, and an applauding of my willingness to show up and do the work. “It's a win”. It felt like a metaphor for my life right now. Just show up. Put in the effort. Whatever you've done, it's over. Count it as a win because you finished today not because everything is solved. Thank you for doing these videos. Thank you for putting in the time and effort to take care of us even when you don’t know us. This is the first time I’ve seen a trainer not complete the set and just be normal about it. Just like your motto, it doesn’t have to be perfect, we just have to show up and do the best we can. It makes these workouts so much more relatable and makes me feel so much more positive about working out. Thanks so much to you and your team, Daniel!

I just start working out about 2 mths now after my 3rd child, it's little harder for me to exercise now that I'm little older. The low impact is amazing. I'm glad that I have the option to challenge myself with Alex when I want to. I lost 12 lbs so far and you guys are awesome. All positive vibes rolling your way !!

I have been trying to lose weight, enrolled into gyms and was never regular. Being obese, exercising was like punishment for me. I would hit the gym twice a week and barely lasted a month. A month back I found these videos and I have working out consistently 5 days a week. I can see the difference, looser clothing. I am so fired up. This guy makes me look forward to exercising and never giving up. Discipline and not motivation! These exercises are designed for everyone! Loving it!

Daniel I serendipitous came across Body Project Starter on the 4th January 2023. I have consistently been doing your workouts, and I have lost 20kg. Thanks for making me feel like a warrior. Thank you for giving me the option of the pause function. Thank you for being so authentic. Other videos the instructors are so perfect they can't relate that sometimes every movement is a struggle. You let us see how difficult some exercises are, you acknowledge my struggle. That's why your videos are my first choice. Thank you for inspiring me.

I am a 55 year old woman struggling with weight gain and the fact that it is getting harder and harder to lose it. I'm stuck in the house, as most of us are. At 73 years young, I would normally go to the gym 5 days / week. You have provided a wonderful substitute. I'm from Australia, I've been doing these workouts since January 2019 and haven't stopped. I've always hated exercise but this channel has continued to make me want to do it. I have been struggling with depression for quite a while now. I unknowingly used that excuse to grab comfort food. And because my job requires me to sit all day, the weight just piled on. My husband was an exceptional inspiration to make changes for himself in order to lose weight and get mentally better. So I figured I should give it another go, to make changes. About 7 or 8 years ago, we did a "biggeat loser" challenge with a bunch of friends, workmates and family. And I would exercise. But I did not enjoy my workout. So when the challenge finished, I also stopped exercising. This needed to change NOW! I prayed for help, and was inspired to look on KZbin for something that I could do exercise wise... I found the exercise with Angie and Wade and managed to follow the whole half our routine! I was amazed! I COULD do this! With Daniel's encouragement I really did feel like a winner! So I want to thank you Daniel and team body project for your positive attitude and encourangements! You guys are doing great work! I have been going for 11 weeks now. I feel happier, healtier, stronger and fitter! And as a fantastic bonus I've lost 7kg so far and I'm not about to give up! Thanks again!!

Like: great dumbbell . I’ve had them before but sold when I moved. kzbin.infoUgkx8N-gevHZ6YWNoOYdRjL90vdbNyOKKHxL Replacing now.Dislike: the packaging is awful now. Not wrapped in plastic and tiny styrofoam pieces all over. Had to wash the bases in the sink to clean them off and then clean each set of weights after adjusting just to get all the styrofoam pieces removed. Bowflex, you can do better.I’m still giving an overall 5 because the product is good. Just know you may have to deal with horrid packaging for now, but maybe Bowflex will sort that in the future.

In my best Daniel tone, "Come on!" I've ford Team body Project" 3 months ago and it has been a God send. I'm 54 years old and going through menopause. I've noticed since doing the workouts syptoms of menopause have lessen. My blood pressure in getting back to mornal and I'm losing weight! Daniel's encouraging and supportive words are great and keep me going. Thanks for these videos. You and Alex are much appreciated!

I just want to express my gratitude to the whole body project team for keeping me sane, especially during the Pandemic! When I gained weight before and during the pandemic, I did this workout along with the Body Project beginner cardio consistently everyday for 2 months and I lost 12lbs + I gained muscles so I my friends say I look thinner than I actually am because of the muscles I gained on my legs and arms as well as core. I still do one or two of their workouts 2-3x a week to maintain my weight but whenever I need to lose some, I know I just need to do a combination of resistance and cardio and it works for me every time.

Thanks for the great videos. I'm a 71-year-old retired Baptist preacher (Delaware, PA, USA) who hasn't always been mindful of daily disciplined exercise. I've started a fasting diet and been doing half an hour on the treadmill everyday. I am a lot overweight but I had to start somewhere and take the control back in my life. I have now found the Team body project workouts and I have been doing them for the last two weeks and the results are amazing, much better than a treadmill. I have just done the upper body workout with Dan and my arms feel absolutely battered. Thanks so much for your workouts team, keep them coming. PS I've lost 2st 7 lbs so far in 4 months so I'm on the right track, probably 4st to go.

I love love love the workouts with Daniel. Some of it is hard physically to get through but then he kicks in with the encouragement and helps me get inside my own head to keep going. I have to admit that sometimes I shed a few tears at the end of a hard workout. Not because it was hard, but because I was able to keep going and get through it thanks to his positivity. I was struggling a lot with how hard my small business was hit with the quarantine and I needed something to bring me some positivity. These workouts have been helping me build my energy back up. Greetings. I am from Slovenia. I work as a musician composer and music theory teacher and I compete in amateur table tennis. In the past I have tried various workouts (including infamous Insanity by Shaun Thompson) but recently I was not doing much physical workouts and I have discovered your Body Project. At this moment it is completely adequate to my current shape. They are not too tough for me so I can do them every day. I am also pleased to see your workouts also include overweight people instead of usual "full muscled" tough guys and girls. ;)

Team Body Project...I just fired my personal trainer (sorry, not sorry). I am dedicated to the Team Body Project. I love his positive attitude and he calls us all "winners". Progress NOT perfection! I love these workouts! My goal is workout 4x a week.

I started working out with TBP during this pandemic. I am 68 years young. Have beginning stages of Parkinson's Disease. You would never know it. My doctor highly recommending exercise. I watch you 3-4 times a week and walk 2-3 miles a couple of times a week. Thank you for your workouts and encouragement! I tell anyone who will listen about this program.

I live in NSW Australia, 55yrs young even though my body doesn`t tell me I am older but my mind tells and remembering the way my body was so healthy and slim in the past. I have been fighting for my health the last 2 years, which I lost my job then as my body was not healing. My system and mobility was attacked, some of it was and is stress. I am slowly healing as some moments/ half a day are free and others are pain but I always push through. I am working on My soul, body, mind and Spiritual. I had started doing your workouts not long ago as I found them on You tube. From the first workout I found you uplifting, so inspiring, encouraging messages speaking over each life of value and worth with the blessing our bodies are, meeting each person of where they are in life and not to give up, oh I do find them fun with the laughs at times so I keep coming back to your fabulous workouts. I have just finished this upper body workout which I was swimming in sweat. It is so wonderful working out with you and your team. Thankyou for being you, God bless you!!

I took part in this today and it felt amazing, I suffer from autism and it is difficult to follow exercise routines. But you make it so easy and I am already seeing results after only a few weeks. You have made each routine different, the fact I am able to follow your instuctions without feeling it is too difficult. I know now I can keep going and I will see the results in the coming months. After 7 years of trying I am confident I am the right path and will finally get fit and lose weight.

I have been a member of Team Body Project for over a year. My gym had just closed due to Covid and I just happened to stumble across a KZbin video by Daniel about losing weight. I tried out a workout and was sold. Resistance workouts are my absolute favorite, cardio not so much. Thank you Daniel for starting this business and please keep it going. I've never been an active person although I always wanted to be, and due to the pandemic as well as fear of the future I'm in the middle of a very bad depressive episode. Since finding this channel a few weeks ago I try to do one video every other day and at least for thirty minutes, I feel good. Having praise and reassurance is such an underrated great feeling and it really means a lot to me. Thank you so much for everything you do!

Never before have I been this consistent with working out. Thank you so much for all your hard work and positivity! And thank you for the low-impact workouts you guys do!! I have an unstable neck as a result of a car accident I was in two months ago, and I was convinced I couldn't find workouts to get me in shape while dealing with this injury, but your workouts have all been absolutely fantastic!! A huge thank you from locked-down South Africa!! :)

Gina Roebuck I totally understand you. I suffer from inner ear imbalance and three years ago I was so sick couldn't walk for three months. Never thought I would be able to find a low impact total body and strength training workout. But he is great and love his attitude. Keep it up. Stay safe

I'm originally from Virginia, USA, but I moved to Savannah, Georgia, USA in the 90's. I started my cardio journey way back in the 80's and I am a former aerobic instructor for the defunct Spa Lady franchise (leg warmers and all!) Before I give this channel, I never thought I could find a workout routine for me. While walking is still great for the body, I thought that was the most I could do. Then, even after I started doing the Body Project cardio workouts, I still never thought I could do resistance training! But today I tried it and I'm actually giddy! I did it!! I spent far too long trying to start above my level and getting discouraged when I couldn't do it. Would try lifting a bar with no weights on it and still found that far too hard. I didn't realise I could use NO WEIGHTS and still get a great workout and build my strength and BE A WINNER! I have a complicated relationship with exercise of all kinds. When I would try, I always felt like I was barely scraping by and that if I couldn't do it 100% then I might as well not do it all at. Body Project has shown me that EVERY MOMENT I MOVE MY BODY IS A WIN! Taking breaks, needing to drink water between every set, going slower, using smaller or no weights, all that stuff that I felt ashamed for doing, I now know it's okay! It doesn't mean the workout was bad or that I'm bad at exercising. It's all winning!!! Thank you for being so motivating and also so reassuring! You strike just the right balance between pushing me to do me best and reminding me that MY BEST isn't going to look the same as everyone else's and that that's okay! I have been following one of your beginner cardio videos with Wade and Angie for a little while now. But for some unknown reason I decided to try this video right after my cardio today and it was great! I'm excited to mix these two videos more often!

I have been watching since the beginning of this year. With healthy eating and your workouts I have lost 30lbs. I am 37 years old was 280lbs and newly diagnosed diabetic. Had to get control of my weight. Luckily I am not on insulin. With your positive team workouts i was able to find the strength and motivation to get up and work out. Now I’m 250lbs, diabetes under control and hungry for more. My goal weight is to be 200lbs or less. I now that with your videos I know I will be able to reach that. Thank You!

Found team body project about 4 months ago. The low impact workouts have been amazing. After years of playing soccer and a bad car accident my knees can’t take high impact nonsense. These workouts have help me keep up with my gremlins. Mahalo nui loa.

Hello, I found your videos this week and have been doing them. today I tried doing this one with 5 pounds. my arms were burning and I kept trying to tell myself that I needed to do it without a break, even though I hadnt done them before or in a long time. then one of the most amazing things happened, you stopped at one set at 10 reps. you said you werent even going to finish the other two but we could if we wanted. I dont know if you will read this or not, but that is what made me want to continue. You guys are like authentic and real. Not trying to put on a face, but continue to try and get us to push. On my other videos I would literally end up crying because I wouldnt be able to do it all. you are always telling us that it's about moving forward and building up to it. that we have to continue to work at it. yesterday I completed one of your videos without having to stop. for me, this is a huge thing! thank you for putting these videos out there. I get up every morning and do one of them. my son is even watching.

Daniel in 2023 I started a weight loss journey. I train at home as the gym is not in a safe area. I have been consistently doing the Body Project. I have loss 20kg and about 80 cm over 10 months whilst being menopausal. Thank you Daniel for the motivation and amazing workouts. Just when I want to give up, you say Come On! Don't give up. It's about progression not perfection.

I LOVE this workout. It’s at the edge of my abilities when I first started doing it about 4 weeks ago, but I feel myself getting stronger each time I do it! Thank you keeping on making new workouts. I’m 58 and my ambition is to be able to do 1 good push-up. 😂

when I was reading the comments before watching I thought it was going to be some cliche run of the mill fitness trainer who tries too hard to be inspirational but ... that couldn’t be farther from the truth. This is the first body project video I’ve ever watched but I can’t believe how much it felt like he was speaking to me directly, and lifting my spirits. I didn’t know how much I needed to hear all of those messages and feel better about where I am in my fitness journey. I always felt like a failure and couldn’t ever commit to anything, but he made me feel like I wasn’t. It truly brought me to tears as cheesy as that is. I’ve never been moved like this by a workout video. Thank you so much ❤️

I am approaching 50 years old this year and have found your workouts online. We are in transition with our family and our girls moving out and getting married. I am hoping to start to focus on myself and get my health as optimal as I can so I can continue living a healthy lifestyle for my next 50. :) I love your workouts and I love the motivation that you give! I love Upper body resistance workout with Daniel - I'm doing it once a week(for more than a year) to strengthen my shoulders, arms and core so I can enjoy playing tennis a few times a week!!! I have been doing workouts with Team Body Project since COVID began!!! I smile all the way through these videos ibecause of Daniel's encouraging words!!

I found these workouts about a month ago. I started with Wade and Angie 30 minute workout for beginners. I related to the "real people" aspect and all standing. I am 68 years old and feel like I have really accomplished something when I complete them. I am trying various ones each day. Thank you for the encouragement, Daniel.
