I appreciate the fact that you had to stop and take breaks many times yourself to show that you also were feeling the burn. Made me relate to this video more. I find myself having to stop severally during reps as well

I may try to lose a bit more if I can get the lose skin to shrink If I can get a flat stomach! Okokok.. today was the first time ever breaking down😔.. iv seen ppl on like the biggest loser break down...I felt the question to myself " why cant I move my body" what did I do to myself". girl.. this broke me and taught me at almost 40..and at 250lbs stuck in quarantine.. my life has changed.. this was the 1st workout since Arpilish... my legs are still on fire since 9am its 9pm... girl...I took my time.. I couldn't even keep up to low Impact hurt my feelings... but I didn't stop.. sorry for the rant.. this is 👍🏾👍🏾 for me..

Also do some research into calcium, magnesium and zinc. It helped with my sore muscles. When i started I could barely finish a 10 minute video. Now I am doing strength training with minimal soreness. I feel much better.

Thank you for pausing for a moment here and there. It just helps to know that even pros need to catch a breath. It helped me to carry on and not give up. My Fitbit gave me 40 active mins. Thanks again.

TONNNNIIIIIIII! There was one point during the 2nd set of kickbacks that you turned and looked at the camera right when I looked up at my phone amd I felt like you were checking on me 😭😂! I was with you sis! Struggling, but w you lol. I am drenched! That was excellent! Thank you!🙏🏾💛

I’m definitely doing these tonight. I’ve been going through you’re videos and have gotten so motivated. I’ve gained 70lbs since I graduated from college a year and a half ago. I haven’t felt myself since. I’m currently 230lbs, my goal is my original weight of 160lbs. I can’t wait to take charge of my life and health!

I subscribed for your 20+ min workouts. So, I’m happy to see a new one that I can incorporate. I begun with the 25 min workout on Monday (which is killer), and plan to switch to the 28 min one next Monday. The plan was to then repeat for the 2 remaining weeks, but perhaps I’ll switch to this the 3rd week. Can’t wait to see my progress at the end of this month. Keep doing God’s work!

Ive had your video in my watch later list for a little while now. I normally do Planet Fitness vids followed by yoga but they've been doing more and more HIIT vids than breaking up sections of the body (legs, core, upper etc) and HIIT is great but I don't want to do it everyday, so I did your video instead. I'm now subscribed! I love your layout, the timer with alarm, the video and description of the next exercise and that even as fit and tonnes as you are even you feel the burn and take small breaks! It's honest and I love that. Thank you! 💜

You rock! This is exactly what I needed today! I had been doing a workout challenge and had to take a break due to my work schedule, then hurt my arm at work and needed to find something hands free, that wouldn't wake up the apartment with jumping. This was perfect. Great pace, and still got me sweating and feeling it in the end. 🙌

I love your content. A recommendation that would make your content more helpful and even accessible is announcing the move in addition to it being on the screen. This helps us focus more (mind-body) connection instead of staring at screen (I use my phone for example). Thank you!!

Nice concentrated burn! Did a 40 minute lower body by piecing two workouts together. Thought I would start with yours since it had a warmup. Mistake! The second workout felt like a 20 minute cool down.

Great workout, I really worked up a sweat and I know I’m gonna be feeling this tomorrow! 💪🏾🏋🏾‍♀️ it’d be nice and helpful if you added a lil “ding” or bell sound after each timer. I was stuck in the child’s pose/rest position for a while before I realized the video was still going and I missed 2 exercise reps 😅
