You beautiful genius!!! I made these this morning. I was so close to cheating I wanted to cry I was craving sweets. This was a miracle to stumble upon. Best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had in my life and I live near a famous cinnamon roll bakery that opens up only seasonally due to customer demand. These cinnamon rolls were more moist yet firm and so light on the tummy. 100000/10 ❤thank you for saving my diet!!!

Just tried these for the first time. They are good, but I would increase the amount of filling. There just wasn't enough cinnamon flavor for our tastes. I would definitely recommend this recipe though. I always do a recipe as instructed the first time, then tweak it. 👍

This is now my go to recipe! I just made these and they are so good. Tip: Mix in xanthan gum to the dry mix before adding the wet. After rolling it, chill it for about 15 mins and although it would still be a bit soft it will keep its form. Similar to the size of the two bite cinnamon rolls from Walmart or Amazon groceries. Didn’t sink low or fall apart after cooling or picking one up either

Awesome cinnamon roll recipe! 😳 I recommend mixing the cinnamon, butter, sugar filling together before spreading it, that way you only have to spread it once. 👌 Also, if you roll the dough into a rectangle you won’t get the oddly shaped end pieces. 👍 Regardless, thanks for the great recipe! 😊

I was thinking the same thing about mixing the cinnamon and sugar together, and using a shifter or strainer to spread it more evenly, didn't consider mixing the butter in too that might work even better.

Thank you for making cinnamon rolls without coconut flour! Almost everybody seems to think they have to stick it in every recipe! I hate the taste and smell of it. I hate even thinking about it!!!! soooo I just discovered my holy grail of sugar substitutes, I decided I wanted to try baking with it since they make a powdered version of it, I've been craving cinnamon rolls for the longest so I tried this recipe so I'm waiting for my rolls to bake I just made my cream cheese frosting I tasted this frosting!!! what in the name of devil sorcery!!!! I'm not exaggerating wayyyyy better then Cinnabon!!!! maybe its because I haven't had real sweets in months but when I say its ridiculously good thats a understatement!!! I can't wait for the rolls to cool they plumped up a bit just like the real thing, I don't know what y'all use out there but Bochasweet is my new fav I have the granulated and powdered and its number 1 in my book, thank you for this recipe!!!!!! o yea not sure if this makes a difference but my regular cinnamon buns for my family I use heavy cream at the bottom of my pan while they're cooking gives it a real Cinnabon experience, but I tried a little milk at the bottom, not sure if it makes a huge difference but looks nice and yummy!!!!! I get a little jealous of my husband and daughter eating what they want while I eat modified or different meals this 1 is a win the whole house smells so good lol Im not telling them its mine I want to watch them enjoy it!!!!!!

Made them as is. Definitely need more filling for me . Not quite like normal cinnamon roll but very good substitute . Next time will ad more filling and make sure I roll out evenly. I had a few parts that were thick and tasted very “cheeses”
