One word,RELAXING! Day 21 done. Beginning the countdown 💪💪💪❤... Since I've been w/o w you PJ, I feel like a million bucks. My energy has increased, I've dropped about 21 lbs, looking more toned after each w/o. I owe it to you PJ. One of the BEST TRAINERS I've w/o w since I've been on the KZbin channel. I love that you mix stretch/mobility/recovery days into this challenge. It's just as important as the workouts and a good reminder that I don't stretch often enough on my own, haha!

Soothing, thanks pj and I appreciate your thoughts on quivering and shaking while stretching. I will ease off stretching instead of thinking it's a good thing as other YT'ers have stated.

PJ!!! I love your workouts so much! I am so glad I found you. I'm doing the 25 challenge, day 21 and I feel so much better. I used to do beach body but was always in pain or hurting myself. Your workouts and stretches are just as challenging as Beach Body, but I feel no pain! WOOOHOO! Just love everything about you - your fun energy, your dog, the cute shirts you wear - all of it! Wonderful! Couldn't believe the difference propping the ball of my foot onto my weight made in that calf stretch! Left side surprised me by being the tightest. Anyway, the living room is my gym! Thanks P.J.!

This is the best stretch exercise I’ve ever had! Amazing! I didn’t realize how my hips and were so tight. Happy, very happy I joined in. I’ve been enjoying the 25/25 classes very much! Thank you for all your hard work! Your description and explanation of each workout is very useful!

I loved this session and learned a new way to do the figure 4 stretch. Really liked that I could get a better stretch in that hip and not have to worry about trying to hold on to my leg! Great job as always PJ!

Day 21!!!! I really needed that stretch because I could still feel my inner thighs after the inner outer thigh workout. Yes, i know that was like 3 days ago but it was a killer for me and that made me happy. Bring on the last few days of 25 in 25

I needed this so much! I had to miss the last few days as my lower back was really bothering me for some reason and I had some sciatic pain as well. Skipped the the inner outer thigh wo as I thought that would be too much on my still tight hips and back but today I was able to do the shoulder/abs wo followed by this amazing stretch one, my hips and back thank you!

Day 21/25 in Oct. Have to double up a few days to complete the 25 before going away next Thursday. Felt good having such a good stretch after the cardio.

Day 21 is done. I don't have a convenient wall in my workout space, so this routine wasn't as relaxing for me, as I was using my upper body or seated to do most of these stretches. Here's to finishing the challenge strong this week!
