In May 2018 I got my surgeon,Professor Gordon Mackay to film my rotator cuff surgery. Working within the fitness industry I find things like this fascinating and educational regards my own body. General physical preparedness increases mitochondrial density of fast twitch fibers and increases strength in the tendons you could use an incline treadmill with band pulling you back wards
