Mann this channel is THE hidden gem atm, once the algorithm gets to everyone subs are going to be in the mills. Kind of sucks because I want this to remain my competitive edge but that's just being selfish 😂

In May 2018 I got my surgeon,Professor Gordon Mackay to film my rotator cuff surgery. Working within the fitness industry I find things like this fascinating and educational regards my own body. Love the content of your videos Phil. Thank you for going that bit deeper into content,information,etc.👍😊

Greetings from Sweden! Thank you for your channel, have taught and inspired me a lot really but also seen that I myself am on the right track, when it comes to overall knowledge. Thank you! For 5 months I also went through an ACL surgery myself. I do not regret it, from another martial artist and a dreamer to becoming a top level coach, I wish you good luck and it will be interesting to see your recovery! Coach definitely has the best strength and conditioning content out there. Would be awesome to see a program for tactical athletes.

daniel ribes alonso service members in combat related fields and first responders. Athletes with no off season. They have to be strong, fast, and mobile year round.

My gym doesn't have a sled, and doesn't like the marks dragging plates around leaves.... alternatives? Im trying to think of things I could do at home

Phil Daru , do you have a guide on how to fix sore knees please... After many years in the armed forces my knees kill for days after jogging and leg sessions.. not sure what to do apart from I.C.E ?

General physical preparedness increases mitochondrial density of fast twitch fibers and increases strength in the tendons you could use an incline treadmill with band pulling you back wards

3-4 sets 8-10 reps with a 2 second iso hold
