The only reason it was hard was that people didn't want to do it, not because the task itself was 'hard'. Managing a celebrity has so much more responsibilities. He might be capable of doing that but I'm not sure him working at the hype house reveals his potential. It's like saying a part-time McDonald's worker has the potential to be a chef.

Major Takeaway from this Reality: I really felt bad for Thomas having to deal with a bunch of moody teenagers with no personality who don't want to work and having to pay for Lilhuddy's rent for not doing anything; a plain parasite. Also, funny how they had to bring a non-Hype House member: Nikita Dragun, to spice things up, because seriously, these guys couldn't carry a reality on their own with their lack of personality, just for her to steal the spotlight from the show and to end up being the Nikita Dragun show. Thomas really needs to do some serious house cleaning and bring content creators who are starving to be successful and stop maintaining parasites.

I am 32 years old. I sing in an ensemble of vocalists of about 40, we are rather evenly split into groups of people 30s, 20s and late teens. We‘re all friends, we do Christmases and Birthdays and hang out to make music, talk over wine or go on vacation together, it‘s NORMAL. I agree Nikita is an exception cause she‘s so thirsty and can‘t shut up about being a fantasy and pulling embarrassing stunts pretending there‘s «a mysterious» or other guy, when in reality, it‘s probably not going to work like she expects with some WeHo-Prince Charming who has clout, money, luxury and omg only wants her. I wish she had a stable relationship with a nice guy but her expectations are inadequate for the reality of her life. It is part of being LGBTQIA and our culture around dating and sex, she has to grow up and start making money like a normal person. Teens and TikToks .. 🙄 There goes the fantasy.

@@Pollypocket1 well, her life is Social Media, which cannot be healthy, especially in LA. I don‘t criticise her content as worthless although I couldn‘t care less if I tried and to each their own. The influencer as a model to make a living has changed the primary objective from „what do I need / want / is good for me?“ to „what am I going to perform, say, create, wear anf what reaction do I hope to get / need to get“ - I have thought about this a lot, because some friends from LA told me how this is changing social interaction in LA from already calculated and transactional to something so unreal, that they started to avoid certain events and groups of people when they can. I would feel bad for Thomas that "people don't want to help" but he does not treat his business like a business. He just wants things and doesn't say what exactly he wants, gets disappointed and stresses his girlfriend out about it. From what we see, he never assigns anything, never sets expectations for these videos, does not plan anything and does not require people to be in the videos to stay in the house. He says no one wants to make content, yet somehow Alex and Nikita were able to get people on board to make the stuff they wanted to make multiple times. Actors most of the time had everything to lose. They work 3 jobs while trying to get into auditions at the same time before they get where they are. I think about 3 years (of oneus before that they were RBW boyz). ALL SIX of them have visual, vocal, dance and rap skills but even then it wasnt enough Onewe theire brother group hadnt found as much success yet... A lot longer than oneus. The vocalist was phenomenal. During their debut (they were a band and team respectively but like.. Maybe like the debut of oneus and onewe) they had vids up on youtube.. Busking, games etc etc... They had to have a singing competition at the end and two members of onewe (they were bands and oneus was a boy group) got to do a girl group song/dance.. These two.. The bassist and guitarist learn to dance even after the practice hour is over.. Bruised their kness and didnt tell the other two so they dont impede the process because they had a week to do it.. They did it beautifully.. They danced and sing wonderfully.

After Cuties I haven't touched Netflix so it's nice to see the decline has remained constant. This seems to have the same issue as the Demilio(?) Show where these individuals are dead ass not interesting enough for reality TV. We really took The Kardashians for granted.

Those are called “spoiled children” and they have no idea what the real world is like
@unnexessary26152 жыл бұрын
right. they have everything handed to them so easily. they can stare in front of a camera for 15 seconds, and make thousands just from that.

fr. as someone who worked a 9-5 job to help pay bills at 16, needed food stamps, always got supplies and clothes from school, of course people have struggles, but it’s honestly jarring seeing people so privileged. i get they don’t understand the struggle, but the ignorance and “spoiled actions” really hits for me. i’m glad they didn’t know how it feels growing up that way, but it still is shaking to see someone not make a 15 second ad to live in a mansion???

Most of their stories are actually not spoiled at all some of them been through really tough experiences

@Britney Spares okay. then they can leave if they don’t like it. they’re spoiled and don’t want to work out of laziness. if they don’t like making tik toks, they don’t have to post anymore. they can figure out a way to make it in the real world without privilege.
@carlazuzisdaddy87122 жыл бұрын
@@amaranickifilms3244 they’re living in a mansion for free. and all they have to do to stay there is make one tik tok a month. all of this because of their looks and tik tok dancing. they are most definitely spoiled.

Nikita is not even part of the Hype House. She was brought in for this series to attract viewers after the most popular ones were not in the house anymore. She may be friendly with one or two so that makes her more Hype House adjacent than really part of it. And for her to talk about being careful not to get cancelled... girl you have already BEEN cancelled so what are you talking about?

I feel like there was a really good point in the show where someone said a lot of the people who ended up in the hype house have problems with authority. and you can't just ignore that. I really felt like the people who didn't want to post tiktoks were feeling kind of used by Thomas. because you know they are supposed to be friends outside of it, but it seemed like it was all he talked about to people... and wanted to guilt them. and especially if they have problems with authority they are going to feel like Thomas is telling them what to do, and they will rebel. not saying its right but I feel like people forget they are so young and mostly act on emotion right now.. you know?
@kristelxpistoll2 жыл бұрын
yes!!! i was so irritated bc he is totally one of those “i’m an empath” people. he always talked about how awesome he is and kind and giving but ALWAYS wants something in return. like if i saw my friends popping off and following their dreams i’d be they’re #1 fan!! not guilt tripping them for all the things they didn’t do in return for him. friendship and business do not mix lol. be a friend or be a manager, you can’t be both

Like: don't get anything in my hair, don't spray/drench/ etc. me with water (or other liquids), don't bother me when I'm sleeping, and I *_don't_* joke about food. And in this hypothetical situation I'd 100% use my followers to mess with the life of anybody who broke those rules.
