My grandmother makes a great potato and celery soup. Might I suggest your KZbin channel would be bigger if it were named Ludo Lefebvre. This channel punches below its weight for such talent!!

Mich I kinda agree that if his channel was named after him, that it would quite likely be a hell of a lot bigger. There are plus and minus to it all, but bigger it would be no doubt. Still I understand in a way why Ludo called his channel here LudoBites having seen all of Season 5 of “Mind Of A Chef” with Chef Ludo. I found his KZbin channel as a fan and having also seen him on Top Chef way back by specially searching for him on KZbin and found his channel. But yes I also agree with you in that Chef Ludo is exceptionally talented and this channel is punching far below its weigh and should have far more subscribers. In time it will though. Though likely not as much as if it actually had his name.

There’s a restaurant that specializes in potato’s in I think New Jersey. It was on kitchen nightmares with chef Gordon Ramsey.

Viking Blitz I remembered seeing the same show on Kitchen Nightmares with Gordon Ramsay, it was with two ladies that started the restaurant. I could be wrong, but think their restaurant was named something like “Hot Potatoes”. Think Ludo should open a small restaurant like that, he’s got the talent exceedingly to do anything with Potatoes on the menu.
